Very fast and efficient service. Reminds you when you need to get serviced. Quality vehicles with piles of vehicles to choose from. It they do not have what you want, they can have one there in no time flat meaning, then to the next day or so. Can get parts, lift kits and bigger tires if you ride in sticky places at times. Can get or order about anything you need and hey will put it on for you with their service charge, of course. Rolls Bars, front bumper guards, etc. Their service department is top of the line.
If you are shopping, looking, or waiting to get a servicing, they have the best coffee and you have bottled water, sodas, and small snacks. Also some TV’s and a line of vehicles in the climate controlled area.
For smokers, there is a designated area and if you are riding and looking around the lot, you can smoke. The designated area has a soda machine also.
I bought my last vehicle and everything is new buildings and new customer service also. I am very happy with my purchase and the continued service of my Chevrolet. They also have a Ford building and Dodge. Everything there is a good experience as it can possibly be. If purchasing, you have an insurance place on spot which will give you a free quote in a matter of minutes. I have different insurance but they have that office that can assist you if you need. Allstate or Statefarm. Not 100% sure.
Always I great place to stop and look at vehicles if all types. New and used and the barges variety of different vehicles anywhere close to the area. Very nice experience.response / report this review -

The people at Woody Folsome were absolutely hospitable. We came up Jacksonville, Fl to get the deal want. Thank Andrianna and Josh, you two are the best. I definitely recommend Woody Folsom and his entire staff.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Corey Leavens was very helpful and did a great job getting us the best deal. There was no pressured sales or time wasted. We took more time test driving the car than it did signing the papers. Corey handled everything over the phone and had it all waiting on us to just sign and drive our new car home. We drove from Brunswick and it was well worth it, although Corey did offer to have the car delivered to us we wanted to come and test drive the car first.

I am on my second leased vehicle with Woody Folsom. Although my experience in leasing both vehicles was pretty good overall (which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1,) it's what's been happening since I got the 2nd vehicle that has my blood boiling. The dealership called me back in January and said my lease was almost up on my 2014 Acadia and they would pay off the lease if I got a new car. I got a 2017 Enclave. This was 2 months ago. To date, they still haven't paid off the Acadia and I'm showing late payments on the GM website. It won't be much longer before it hits my credit report. I'm about to lose my cool here. They sent me a picture of the check they sent to GM which was for the wrong amount and for the Enclave, not the Acadia. They tell me they're at GM's mercy. I think GM is at their mercy because all GM could do with a check specifying it was for the Enclave was apply it to the Enclave. When I brought it to the dealership's attention they literally said "that's GM's fault." Unreal. I am so unimpressed and livid with these people right now. 2 months!!! 2 months to make a payment and they still couldn't get it right.

I was recently travelling from Valdosta when I cut a tire near Hazlehurst. The service department was able to send me a loaner car and pick mine up within an hour and get me on my way to my game in Lyons. They were able to replace my tire the next morning and deliver my car back to me. The staff was so helpful and courteous. I have not been a Woody Folsom customer in the past, but I will be in the future.
