  Sent in for online quote. I was sent an email request asking if I would call, I was told me that the sales rep was unavailable. I asked that when they become available to call me that I was not busy or hurried. I was told then that the Rep was at the doctors office and would not be available. They wanted my vehicle information for trade and would send a quote on the truck I was interested in. Day 2 no quote email asked if I had everything I needed. I replied "I haven't received anything from you yet. " no reply.

  Worst experience, Kevin Carter Sales Manager wouldn't be any help after he sold you the vehicle. When I went in the financial office to get my vehicle financed Paul in the Financial Department, changed my price on things several times after I decided not to finance with who they wanted me too. Then I had a few Warranty questions and attempted to contact Kevin Carter the Sales Manager and my Salesman Allen about the warranty questions. After a week of waiting still no customer service or phone calls back. Once Kevin Carter has your sale they don't care about the customer anymore.

  Great experience these are top notch guys and gals. I had given up on getting a vehicle and Jason called me and told me he could get what i wanted for a price that i could deal with. I didn't even have to visit the dealership, they brought the vehicle to me and i did everything from the comfort of my living room. I have to say this was the best and easiest car buying experience i ever had. I would definitely buy from them again.
