Bought a Transmission for an 1995 Nissan Truck paid them cash and the transmission has a problem,so I called Kelley the gentleman i bought it from to let him know that there was something wrong with it and if we could get it replaced. Well its been out since Monday and he said when he has something headed my way that he would pick transmission up then in the meantime my customer had paid for a used transmission an has been out of his truck for 2 weeks now waiting for the transmission to be replaced. Or they could refund my cash and I could get the used transmission somewhere else. I use to use this company all the time then i stopped because everytime I have a problem this is what i have to deal with. They don't take care since they have your money already. That's not the way to do business in my opinion. If i did my customers that way I would not have a business. I take care of the problem as soon as it happens. I know we are not perfect but I don't do my customers this way.
