I really enjoyed this park, my son and I went kayaking on the creekwas a little hard to get back upstream but we made it. I posted some photos I took from the water. Later he played in the playground with some kids while other people fished in the lake. Very nice place.

Paved trail, half in the woods, half in the open (manicured lawn). Playground seems nice. Heated bathrooms. The path goes along the river for a bit, so you might see or hear waterfowl or kingfishers. It's small (maybe a mile), but it's a loop, so you could keep walking if you want to put in a few miles.

Always a great park to meet up with family or friends. The shelter is well kept with lots of seating, it's fun to fish in the pond, it has a great playground, baseball fields and a basketball court. Woodside also connects to other gahanna parks through a walking/biking trail. Only downside is when it fills up, finding a parking spot is difficult.

This is a very simple park that has a nice trail and sport fields. It is usually very quiet and nice.

This is the closest park to the house where I grew up and it is still well maintained and a great place for families.The walking trail is very nice in the summer and connects to Academy Park. The playground was built as a memorial to a sweet little girl I used to babysit who died of cancer, and it's nice to know that her memory lives on in a place where children can laugh and play. There is a very large rock with a plaque and for some reason my son just loves to climb onto the top of it.
