I had so much fun sled riding as a kid. Now they have a lift to bring you back up the hill :)

A place to get away from home and come here to camp and enjoy the out doors enjoy the nature, bring yourself and your family, sit by a fire, cook marshmallows, hot dogs, and have fun!

Great place to stay! The Manor is interesting! Tubing was awesome!! The pools and cabins are nice too. We stay here often all year around. Always something to do.

Very beautiful! We had a wonderful time. We stayed cabins. My only complaint is 10 am is an early check-out time especially with kids. Too bad they can't make it later even for a fee.

Lake is always smooth and great for the beginner for canoeing/kayaking/boating. Camping is good, clean facilities. Cabins for rent, as well as rooms in the manor house. Good area for running and biking, too.

We try to make it out every year to punderson whether it be camping in our motor home, renting a cabin in the winter, or staying in the actual manor house for a romantic weekend. They have recently done many upgrades to this park which are all beautiful including a boardwalk going down to and around the water. Great location for engagement photos. We took ours here becuase outside the manor house is beautiful but they also have a beach you can go to.

Punderson State Park and All of the Cleveland Metro Parks are very clean and well maintained. The State of Ohio and the City of Cleveland does a great job in maintaining the trails and has some golf courses that are outstanding.

Very tranquil and majestic state park. There is fishing, archery, trails, heated showers and the Punderson Manor! Great place for camping!

Clean, neat, reasonably priced. Had issues with our camper tripping their electric so they changed us to a different site with a larger breaker and rest of time was great. No more issues!

I grew up camping here! We honeymooned here. Brought the kids here when they were toddlers. We have been exploring other state parks the last few years and we' were excited to come back "home" to camp. It's unbelievable how quickly this campground has deteriorated. It seems no one takes pride in keeping it well managed. The trails are terrific and there is plenty to do here. Our campsite was a mess when we came in. Other parks clean fire pits, check sites and apply straw to muddy campsites. Water was out for one day. Power was out the next. There was no enforcement of quiet hours or alcoholic beverages. We never saw a ranger on patrol in 5 nights. Teens and young adults wandering the woods off the trails screaming and yelling all night. Terribly bold raccoons that need to be managed. We choose state parks because they are family friendly and well maintained. So sad to see our favorite place so poorly maintained and monitored.

The park is nice, but we will never stay in campsite 008 again! The site is tiny! We could barely get 3 chairs around the fire ring, and there was poison ivy everywhere! :-(

Went here for the weekend, not bad. The sites are a little over grown and could use some love. Defenetly need to research sites before booking one, some have no room if you are planning to put up a tent. Decent amenities, flushing toilets, play ground, a store to grab essentials you may have forgot. I the real disappointment was the lake, went to take the kids for a dip and the lake was filled with algae and mud. Kinda gross

We loved our cabin #3 which boasted a great view of the lake. These cabins, with all their amenities, are perfect for people who enjoy the feel of outdoors but want the convenience of home. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the pier we could see from our cabin which included an enclosed porch..loved it! We grilled right outside the cabin and never ecpected a full-sized kitchen! The indoor pool was so clean and comfortable. I loved the many different places you could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful landscape. There were only 2 things we didn't like; the service at the dining room was slow and the food was mediocre. The other thing was the beach. The water was so bad we couldn't swim. We will still visit this place again and recommend others to stay.
