We had our wedding party stay at the Woods Hole Inn this past summer and the entire experience was incredible. The accommodations were stunning and the staff was wonderful to work with!
Fantastic lodgings if you are visiting Cape Cod. Conveniently located within a few minutes from the bus stop (Peter Pan Bus from Boston, NYC) and the ferry, this is a great choice for a vacation. There's also the farmhouse as an option just a block away with nice size rooms/apartments for families who might need a kitchen and yard (pets are welcomed there). The breakfast was THE BEST. Everyday we'd wake up to wonderful aromas emanating from the kitchen. From freshly baked croissants, quiche, breads and more - to the tasty home-made granola to put on top of your greek yogurt. We stayed there 3 nights and can't wait to visit again. The owner was great and came to give us a recount of the family history at the inn. The staff was excellent. 5 Gold Stars!
The staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of fresh fruit. Location is so convenient to get to the Vineyard. Visited Quicks Hole Tavern while we were there. What a great spot!
Friendly staff who made us feel at home. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the breakfast room with the large picture window with great views of the harbor. The Inn is situated quite near the ferry depot so noise from the street may bother some guests on the first floor. Parking was free and a bonus in the small village of Woods Hole.
I had a lovely stay in the Nobska Room for two nights. The Inn is right in the heart of town, very convenient to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard as well as several shops and cafes. The room had everything you would need, including an iphone docking station (great because I forgot my charger.) I had to leave early and missed breakfast both mornings - but caught a glimpse of some delicious looking fruit, pastries and quiche as I was headed out on the second day!
I love this place, my partner and I try to stay here every time we go to the cape. The rooms are so well renovated and very comfy. One of the reasons we come back is the breakfast as well!
We stayed at the Woods Hole Inn for 5 nights. We had a wonderful, relaxing experience. The staff always went above and beyond to accocomate us. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and variety. The rooms were clean and spacious. The historic, yet updated hotel was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Cape Cod.
Such a charming place! Fabulous breakfast included each morning. Top notch friendly staff!
Charming place to stay. Staff is incredibly kind & friendly. Rooms are wonderful. Especially the Nobska room. Great views!
I went to the Inn on Thursday night by myself without a reservation, Kaylee, the Inn Keeper, was Very Very nice she gave me a room with a beautiful view for $136.00 with tax. It should have been $295.00.
Room #4.
She was very nice. I was going to tip her. I did not like the other woman that work there. One went and locked the door to my room without telling me. Also, one named Amanda told me I had to leave at EXACTLY 11:00 am. She was rude. The faucet water in the bathtub got stuck and i could not shut it off. I wish people would stop being rude
Called the night of and the manager, Amelia, was able to get me a room at the last minute. It was very nice of them. I had no idea what was in store for me but it ended up being an unbelievably nice stay. This was in the top 10 nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful views, luxurious common spaces and rooms, updated bathrooms with artisan soaps, cute nooks and crannies to sit in, complementary Cape Cob chips and lobster shaped lollipops, reasonably priced, free t-shirt, and a gourmet breakfast. I actually stayed in the pet friendly room which was very spacious and the hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the ferry to Martha's Vineyards.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in October 2013. Our timing was perfect for the fall colors. As a former innkeeper I can tell you that this is a 1st class B&B. The staff was one that I'd be proud to have looking after my inn. Accommodations were top notch and the breakfast has so much to choose from and expertly prepared. The location is perfect for visiting the local area and the ferry boats to Martha's Vineyard it located a block away. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and long to go back again! Thanks Beth and staff for a great experience.
