Take our advice and do not rent from Great Cape Vacations. We planned our vacation early so my husband's parents could have a place close to ours. On the day we arrived at the Cape, we called to find that their place was suddenly unavailable. The Great Cape Vacations people were very rude. We were understandably upset since we had been planning our vacation for months, and they were completely unapologetic. They put his parents in a place far inferior to the original (and not nearly as close to us), and when my husband expressed concern over the new place, they hung up on him after saying the best they could offer was a refund (after we were already here.) It was unbelievable. We have talked to many people here, and they cannot believe how we were treated. They have told us about great expereinces with other companies. We come to the Cape every year, but we will never use Great Cape Vacations again.
