  Well, I'm not really sure I can add to whatever one else has said. This place is perfect. It is everything it promises and more. The privacy is insane, the location perfect to explore every area of Cape Cod and the outdoor shower!!!!! My wife and I just spent a week at The Beach Haven, our first week there but certainly not our last.
  The owner Leigh was so helpful in planning our first trip to the area. He asked what kind of week we were looking for (day tripping) and then the suggestions rolled in. We did everything he told us toP-town, ferry to Nantucket and rented a jeep (don't forget to drop the tire pressure if going to Great Point Leigh pointed out) and a day trip to Newport RI to see the mansions. Rained one day and Leigh emailed with alternative suggestions for a rain day. LOL
  Thanks for everything Leigh. It was a first class, top 5 trip!

  The Beach Haven was a peaceful and beautiful starting point for our day trips in the region. Every evening we were looking forward to come back, sit on the beach or in the sun room, listen to the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy a glass of wine. The Beach Haven has all the comfort you expect from a perfect vacation home at the beach, but this one is literally on the beach. Starting the day with a cup of coffee with your feet in the sand was an unforgettable feeling. Ask Leigh (the owner) for some recommendations and you will feel at home right from the beginning. If you are looking for a place on a natural beach to enjoy some peaceful days – this is the place to be.

  My family and I love to spend our vacations at Beach Heaven. The place is truly paradise! We love the fact that we get up every morning and we are already having coffee at the beach yet not far from many other beaches and places to go around Cape Cod. Mornings are breathtaking, we enjoy watching the sun come up sipping a cup of coffee in front of the ocean. Vacationing here is an excellent way to relax from work and spend quality time with the family. We love to walk on the beach, get our feet wet and enjoy the breeze. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook, make drinks and enjoy! There is a fish market nearby and a supermarket where you can buy anything you need. If you prefer to go out to eat there are plenty of places to go. The neighbors are nice and you never know who you may meet on the beach. My family and I meet another family from Scotland last year who were very nice. We end the day by watching the sun go down, and sit around the fire roasting marshmallows and have a good time! We look forward to go every year and hope to do so many more. The owner is very careful in keeping the place up to date and in excellent condition.

  I've been visiting this area for many years now and find that the Beach Haven is by far the best place to stay in Cape Cod. The location is outstanding, providing beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to shops and restaurants. I love that you can step out the door of this house and watch the sun rise over the ocean or take scenic walks along the private beach.
  
  The inside of the house is fantastic as well. It has a great entertainment system if the weather keeps you indoors and there are DVDs, books and games for your family to enjoy! The renovations done in the last two years give the house a modern feel. I can't wait until our next trip there!

  For nearly five years now, my family and I have traveled down to the quaint community of Sandwich - which has always been the highlight of my summer (and sometimes spring). I find a special place at Beach Haven - from the gorgeous, finished interior to the lovely scenic view. You literally wake up in the morning, step outside, see ocean, and feel the sand beneath your toes. Not only this, but the owner is extremely kind, and always willing to make adjustments to make your stay more comfortable - very reliable and trustworthy! Enjoy!!!
