  Beware!!! I rarely write reviews however I am appalled at the service I received from this place. We remodeled our home and bought all of our Appliences from here and gave them a lot of money. We were sold a ‘brand new floor model’ 2 drawer fridge which randomly broke after 8 months. When we went to have it repaired I was told it was from 2016!!! Had I known this I would have never taken the unit. I ended up going back and forth with the owner trying to just trying to get the fridge fridge replaced. He suggested we buy a new fridge to replace it for 5k. Over 3k more than I originally paid. I ordered one online for 1800 and it came within 3 days and is perfect. In the end I told them to keep the initial money I paid and to never contact me again because nothing was getting resolved.
  
  Before ordering from this place, search online. Most things are cheaper and come a lot quicker. We waited months for certain items. Beware they really don’t care about their customers which is unfortunate.

  Amazing experience!! 👍 At first, when I read a few negative reviews, I almost decided not to stop bybut that would have been a big mistake.
  They have a great selection of fireplaces and much much more. Mike was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect fireplace for our remodel!! I highly recommend going into their showroom before you buy ANYTHING online, because the photos are misleading on every website we found. We had our sights set on one type of fireplace, but seeing them in person REALLY helped us make the best choice!
  Mike & Armen (the manager) were VERY fair with us and made sure we found something perfect for our home & our budget!!
  I'm SUPER excited to receive our fireplace this Saturday, it's going to keep us cozy and look amazing for years to come! Thanks again guys!

  Stay away from them i ordered fireplace from them first they told me different price after theh ordered the price changed they charged extra for decoration inside the fireplace and they didnt send them after start saying you didnt pay for them but they ordered the decoration to be made after that i was waiting foe installer to come to finish his installation they dont care about there customers stay away as far as you can

  Here we are, I bought my house from a developer who used this company. 1 they never put the fireplace glass in the fireplace for the inside units and they never hooked up the fireplaces to a switch so it can be easy on and off despite installing the switch for it. 2. The outside bbq unit they did install is and was defective where it would not stay on for more than 10 mins due to faulty parts. The worst part is : they knew and installed the system anyway. 3. When I originally called them to come out and fix it they charged me 250 dollars to have the guy come out and he basically did nothing. 4. I’ve had now spend an additional 1050 dollars to correct all the mistakes and poor workmanship. DO NOT use these guys, they are the cheapest deal in town and their work speaks to it. Horrible customer service.

  I have never written a Yelp or Google review, but this company is so dishonorable that I felt compelled to share my experience.
  
  So, I went online to order the (2) Coyote 31” dry storage pantries from this company's website. Each pantry was $900, order total $1800. First order was placed last Thursday and was cancelled due to the fraud department “flagging” the order. This made no sense, as I know my card had not been victim to fraudulent activity. So, I placed another order using a totally separate credit card and got the same message. While it seemed pretty suspicious that I got two “fraud” concerns over two different credit cards, I decided to call today and order them directly over the phone. The guy on the phone said he wasn’t able to take phone orders “at the moment”, and there was no way this company could help me place an order. That seemed very strange.
  
  So, I go online immediately after that conversation to attempt to re-order them a third time and WOW, what do you know, the price jumped from $900 to $999 on the Coyote dry storages! Clearly, they weren’t willing to accept my order at the listed price, and so you kicked my order out twice and refused to take a phone order.
  
  This is so underhanded and an unethical way of doing business. They might make money doing business this way, but at some point the company’s lack of honor will pay a consequence.
