I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. STAFF is very unprofessional and unorganized. Everything seemed nice until we actually moved in, a lot of things in the apartment were broke, we called maintenance to fix it, they came maybe 2 weeks later, sometimes even a month later. My air condition was leaking, the moment I realized I immediately called maintenance, it took them 3 weeks to come and clean up the water, by then the leak had gotten worse, my carpet was covered in water and began to develop a smell. It’s took me maybe 4 times to call the front office before the water got cleaned up. My toilet broke TWICE, the first time no one ever came to fix it, so my husband had to fix it. Pay attention to every little detail they tell you. They are very unorganized in the front office, one staff member will tell you one thing, and another staff member will tell you something totally different. This was one of the worst experiences I had ever had. The front gate is ALWAYS broke, had break-ins occur, children constantly pulled the fire alarm. It was an overall terrible experience.

Hey I stopped by the place today (09/28/17) around 10-11am and the lady that worked at the front little desk seems like she had a attitude problem . She told me my application would get denied because I also go to school.. I didn't know getting a education could stop me from receiving a roof over my head. I also asked her if she could write down the prices with the floor plans she gave me . She told me no an also told me that she couldn't write them down but she can tell me how much the place was . Smh

This place is awful! The landlord Claudia does not give a damn about anyone here. Her and her staff is rude!. The maintenance men steal from you. You pay all this money for rent to get an apartment with broken stuff. All they do is paint over everything. My front door has been broken twice and all they did was rig it.. the first time they told my bf to fix it himself. My whole bedroom door has fallen off because instead of putting a new door up they just painted over it.

RATINGS ARE SERIOUS MOVE @ YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! I'm fighting a returned deposit due to the complex approved my application on Wednesday 7/12/2017 in which I called to verify what day I would need to come into the office to go over the lease and do the walk through of the apartment. The leasing manager Beverly then informed that the lease will be emailed to me and she will contact me with further information. Needless to say next time I heard from Beverly is when I received an email @ 4:14 the next day stating I will need to contact Georgia Power to turn lights on (on the same day 7/13/2017 in which I received the email!!!) for a unit I had never seen or did a walk through to verify if anything was wrong with the apartment or heck if anyone was still technically living there for all I know. Then they also wanted me to move that Friday without any notice of contacting movers and contacting my employer about being off to move on that date. Clearly on the email sent to me by Concord Café that the leasing manager and I would come together with a mutual date that would be sufficient for both our schedules, which was clearly never done. When informing Beverly that Friday 7/14/2017 will be unacceptable for a move in date she threatened to give my unit to the next person wanting to rent the unit which is crazy if I paid a deposit to hold my apartment I should be able to move on a date that's sufficient for me. Also when I started the application my deposit was $450 in which I paid $250 towards the deposit when starting the application. When Beverly sent the same email about turning lights on it stated I need to come into the office with an $881 check on 7/14/2017 for deposit and prorate rent. When verifying why so much Beverly proceeds to tell me the deposit had doubled without my knowledge. Again I had no one to go over a lease and tell me about prorate amount, although I know the rent will be prorated but I'm a visual person and like to see what I'm paying for as far as the rent and the unit. The managers at this complex are very unprofessional, when providing important documents required to obtain a unit in the complex they made copies of the documents and left them visible and available to anyone who can see when passing in and out of the office due to the fact the desk sits right by the door then when questioned about the fact the documents were left out in the open Beverly had the nerve to ask "did she become busy?" WHICH IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Working with people personal information myself I could be subject to termination or lawsuit if I left a patients information out and about for anybody to see. At this point I'm fighting to obtain my $250 deposit back for an apartment I definitely do NOT want for the simple fact the complex is very unprofessional and if I'm going through this now before I move in only God can imagine what I would go through if I do!!! If my funds are not returned to me by Friday 7/21/2017 you will see them displayed on the news because I will be contacting 12 on Your Side and speaking with an attorney about the horrible services this complex provide to their future tenants. Take heed people this complex doesn't have barely a 2 star rating for no reason!!!!!

Too many kids running around without supervision. Doing things like pulling the Fire Alarms for the whole building, too many gunshots in the complex even in broad daylight! The complex manager is a woman and she acts like she is scared to do anything to help the good people, her only response is "CALL THE POLICE" for every complaint about other bad residents!!!

Lord take the wheel please help us the good has to suffer with the bad out here and etc praying for new management ASAP nothing gets done out here I work to hard to put up with fights every day and night party's all out side this is crazy. Dealing with mold and animals getting inside fans falling people apartments being broken into this is sad and we are paying are money to stay in trash not a good environment for kids at all everything that looks good is not good management does not do anything for this area every thing that is in videos is false advertisement.

The absolute worst apartment place. The apartments are nice, but the staff is terrible, Ms. Beverly is the only exception. Instead please try Walton Oaks. It is wonderful, the staff is great, and the property is new, I would recommend it.
