Safe and pet friendly! Always very clean here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Awesome game/lounge room and very very nice gym and laundry facilities. Bay with nice walking path is only 10 minute walk away. Fun activities going on within the community as well! 😊

Could not be happier with Ava. The team is exceptional to work with. The facilities are always clean, well kept and maintained. We really feel a great sense of community among neighbors. A great spot for fur/dog parents. Our dog has never been happier! Thank you to the teams for all you do!

Moved here a month ago and we love it so far! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and always clean! Mar and Nikki have been great at answering any questions or communications! Great location, as well. :) would definitely recommend this over any other facility in PB hands down!

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the amenities are like a luxury resort and the location is perfect. You can move in same day and they will help you in any situation. 2 blocks to the bay and one mile from the ocean ! I would give it 10 stars if I could !

I moved to Avalon PB in Feb and have enjoyed it so much! The social aspect and all the amenities helped moving different states so much easier. The gym is amazing, pool/hot tub are always clean, and they always have food trucks that come during the week. Also the main office is awesome. Both Alex and Andrew have been a help to me since I've moved in. Whether it's answering my questions or just asking how the apartment is - they are always friendly and helpful. Also..I once had a problem with my sink and I called the after hours maintenance, and they were there in 20 min. Love it here! Highly recommended :)

I've lived at AVA PB for over three years now and I love it. It's safe and clean and very well maintained. Thank you, Zach for helping me with my unconventional maintenance requests and helping make my move to a studio an enjoyable and practical experience!

My partner and I just moved into Ava and have been astounded by the customer service and amenities. Alex and Mariah are incredibly helpful in working with us to move-in early. The process was streamlined, our apartment was ready when we needed it, and we are excited to enjoy our time here!

Entering year 3 -- AVA consistently improves both living environment and services. We just signed our third lease, and hope to stay another few years. The leasing staff went above and beyond to retain us as tenants, making our transition to a new apartment in the community smooth and painless. Shoutout to Mar and Angie for their help. Also, I can't say enough good things about the grounds and maintenance staffers. Victor heads up the crew. Thanks Victor. We have never seen the landscaping look better or the in-apartment repairs happen with such a more professional approach and attitude.

My roommate and I recently moved into AVA from across the country without seeing it before, risky move, I know. But we needed somewhere that allowed 2 dogs and so far we have been pretty pleased!
For the most part, it has been an amazing experience. The pool is gorgeous, the gym has everything you need, and the grounds are maintained meticulously. There are dogs everywhere, people are friendly, and I feel safe and secure living here.
The only reason I would not give AVA 5 stars is because of their management (some staff). Passive aggressive and disorganized would be a great way to describe some of them. Although, some members of their staff are extremely friendly and willing to help you out. I would say be wary of who you go to for information/help/getting things done.response / report this review -

I've really enjoyed living here! It will be a year this April and I really cannot complain about much. The staff is great and has always been helpful. The surrounding area with the bay and beach close by is awesome. My building is quiet which is always a plus. I did give 4 stars because I am not very happy about the $200/month increase for rent if I renew my lease. I know its common for an increase, but that's a pretty big one and of course makes my decision to stay or leave more difficult.

My experience living at AVA PB has been very positive. The complex is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Any issues I have experienced here have been handled very professionally and quickly by the staff. During a one week notice to change apartments, Chris and Angie in the office really accommodated our transfer and made it as easy as possible, while Dennis in maintenance was able to get our new apartment ready in just a couple days, and he did a fantastic job. Thanks so much AVA!
