I wasted my entire day waiting for them . The office told me they would arrive between 10-12 and by 4 pm they had not shown up. I wasted an entire work day waiting for them and they did not even called me to keep me informed

I have not utilized this companies services , however I called to inquire on rates for my mother who needs her rugs cleaned and the women who answered the call was not customer service oriented at all quite the contrary she was rude. I do admit I asked what the rates are and what the process is but only because it is the first time using this type service and I wanted to be able provide my mother with details. I hope others have a better experience the first time they call.

This company is amazing!! Their technicians are all professional and nice. They did a really great job cleaning my carpet and two of my 5x8 handmade rugs. They also went the extra mile of arranging my furniture after the cleaning session. Highly recommend them!

Our new puppy peed on our queen sized mattress. We had to clean it the same day and these guys were up to the task. The quote was fair and the steam cleaning removed the urine stain and odor from our mattress. No need to sleep on the couch any longer our mattress is as good as new.
