If I could give a negative number I would. Very unprofessional. Rude and then when I tried to get questions answered yelled at me over the phone. Not someone I will ever use!!!

Made my carpets look worse, charged more than i was told on phone. Also told us would dry in couple hours took 4 days. Very unprofessional.

A rude guy showed up to my house from this company, messed up my carpet and made it worst than what it was and it took three days to dry. I called the owner he came back two days later telling me that the new stains appeared because his machine is powerful and brought the dirt up to the top, and the only way to get rid of them is to apply citric acid and it cost $50 for two Oz mixed with a gallon of water. I paid the guy the $50 and the stains still there. I googled the citric acid and found out it only cost $5.99 for 16Oz. What a rip off. All the time he was in my house he dogging my rug doctor and after he left I put it on my carpet without cleaner to suck what's left of the water and what a surprise, I pulled a full tank of dirty water. Don't fall for the smooth talk and the jokes, don't let him tell you he's been doing it for 30 years and you don't know about carpet cleaning, it's all a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hire zerorez or Stanley steamer they cost less and they stand behind their services not rob you or better yet rent a rug doctor and buy the right cleaner but not these guys
