I would not recommend this company to anyone. I paid an $89 service fee and an additional $42 for a guy to tighten a loose screw on a breaker. It's bad business to charge $42 for tightening a screw (if you want a good reputation for treating people right and recurring customers).

One of the best companies we have done business with. Owner, Kyle has personally seen to it that we are always satisfied and that we are always taken care of after the sale. He visited us and made phone calls to make sure every detail was handled to our satisfaction. It can get confusing, time consuming and hard to keep up with all the maintenance and service calls, in our business, but Woodall made it all easy. We trust Woodall, because of their integrity and meticulous record keeping. We had done business with other companies in the area, but only a few have kept to the same high standards and business principles. You need a company you can trust. This family owned and operated company is way underrated! They have taken tremendous care of any AC problems at the veterinary hospital that I worked at for 6 years and recently helped me in my own home. About 2-3 weeks ago, my A/C went out on a Friday afternoon in the middle of summer, of course. I called Woodall and spoke with MIchelle who was great and had someone come out that afternoon. I did agree to pay the overtime fee because I was willing to pay whatever to have it not muggy and hot all weekend. Unfortunately, the Friday fix only lasted 24 hours. I called on Monday frustrated after a very hot weekend, they had someone at my house in less than an hour after I called. I did arrive at Woodall to pay my bill earlier than they were expecting and I had a few questions about the bill that they put together. One of the owner's, Kyle, took care of it personally and took the time to speak with me about it. The price was under what I was quoted! Cannot recommend them enough, this place has wonderful staff and owners that care.

Went TDY and got back today and noticed a large wet spot in my garage ceiling along with small droplets forming. Ask wife what happen and she said Woodall service both outside and inside units. Check the upstairs unit and noticed the floor and rug was soaked and a noticeable crack in the ceiling below. Took the filter out to the upstairs unit and there I found a pic pipe drain pipe not connected and water leaking not in the pan but on the foundation since it was serviced a few weeks ago. Called them and waiting for a technician. He arrived and made the repairs. Hope there will be no mold forming or structural damage. He was apologetic and said someone would give me a call. He was very professional. Thank God I got back early. Hoping this is a isolated incident and not indicative of bad business practices.

Came out to a house I had for sale to inspect and clean the A/C unit. Unfortunately the power was out when the tech arrived but I was never notified because I live out of town. I now owe them $69 because they never bothered to inform me that the work had no been completed. I had to get another company to perform the work last minute before the sale once I found out.

What a great tech. Hector T. came to our house on a Friday night after working all day with a fantastic attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he was doing and worked out a solution in a very timely manner. Thanks Hector for a job well done.

We have used them in the past and the experience was great! We used the Dothan location that time. This time we had a problem with our upstairs unit. The evaporator coil went bad. The tech was great, said it would be ordered and they would come back to fix it. Got a phone call later that day saying that the part can no longer be ordered, the whole unit needed to be replaced (2-4 grand for a unit that cools one room), we called another A/C place and not only was he able to get the part, 2 of his vendors could provide it. I won't use them again, or recommend them to anyone. I feel bad for anyone who has replaced a unit based on their direction. You were probably taken.

Wonderful experience. They were quick and efficient to repair my air handler to get me & my family cooling in the middle of July after another company failed to do so.
