If you are going to head here to grab something to-go around lunch time, I'd advise phoning the order in. It can get pretty busy during the lunch rush, so it can take a while to get your food. Not faulting them, just an observation. The food itself tasted ok, but the meat in my Mongolian beef had an odd spongy texture to it that I didn't like all that much. Other than that, the prices are reasonable, and I didn't have any problems with the staff.

Excellent service, made fresh to order. Incredible work ethic, just constantly cooking and taking orders. Family owned and operated. Great food. Love the egg fu young, beef and broccoli, and any vegetable dish!

Love the food, have been eating here for year's , but the service is painfully slow and the time estimate given on the phone for to-go is always off by 20 min. Though I think this business could be more successful if they stepped up the service 10 notches and catered to dine in guests ..they need more employees and I'm certain they just want to operate on their mom and pop hole in the wall shop style..they don't seem to care if you're standing at the counter pissed off for 20 min. Ridiculous it's been operating this dis functionally for years . Still hopeful they'll improve customer service as u think they are the best authentic Chinese on the south side of Carmel Mtn Ranch, PQ, RB and Poway.

Good fast Chinese food. The food is always hot and delicious. I love the honey walnut shrimp, house special chicken, and orange peel chicken. It is a small family owned restaurant so it takes a while. But knowing this, I order ahead of time and it's ready when I show up.
