Update: I can't believe I have another complaint, but I read through my records today so I could give them to my new ob/gyn. Turns out, Dr. Grogan just wrote down random symptoms in my history. I never suffered from neauseu during my first pregnanct-- but there it is in my records! I don't know how he got this because he never bothered to talk to me. I'm suspecting he wrote it in there to make it LOOK like he had asked me how I felt (if he hadn't rushed me out the door, I would've asked what to do about PUPS. But I ended up googling it instead because my doctor clearly didn't want to be bothered).
It's so surprising how nice and attentive my new doctor's office is compared to women's health specialist. Just sad.
So there you have it. I'm taking another star away. Read on to my original review before you waste time at this office.

On the other hand, the wait is always short! I was 15 minutes early to my last appointment and I was able to leave before my scheduled time:)
Then again, I feel a bit like herded cattle my doctor and nurses are quick and abrupt which is great because i get to leave quickly and I don't have any problems-- but it makes me feel uncomfortable about asking questions and there is very little communication. The doctor didn't tell me my baby's heart rate and I only found out that he wanted to schedule an induction when I approached the check-out desk the only words the doctor spoke to me were "how are you doing?" (my response: great) "See you next Tuesday." Shouldn't he have told me he had scheduled me for an induction??? Or asked if I even wanted one?
My very last con is that when I refused my induction appt (it was for convenience, not medical purposes and I'm only one day overdue AND I didn't find out about it until they called to remind me) the receptionist was a little rude and indicated that I didn't have a choice-- which I found a little strange since she isn't my doctor or a medical professional. ..
I was a healthy, happy pregnant person but most of the people here did not help me with a positive attitude.
For my next pregnancy I'll be going somewhere else. And i might suggest padded seats!response / report this review -

There good people an there appointment
Might be a little long but the wait. is to make sure there is nothing wrong you an you have to talk to the doctor so he can be one on one with you .So I give a 10 . love the people there.response / report this review -

Ive had a few appointments here and i had Dr. Haddad he was nice at first then by the 3rd appointment he had me change into the paper gown fully naked. I was only there for a pap smear so why fully naked? He sat in my room talking to me in the gown for 30 min then started my pap and then said thats done so i sat up he then grabbed my breasts. I wasnt there for a breast exam. He then said i was fine left the room left the door open on the way out!!! i was humiliated and it was horrible. The following monday i got laparoscopy surgery and after surgery i couldnt even talk to him. This doctor was so disrespectful and never even checked my blood not once.

Front office staff is absolutely awful. Waited almost two hours past my appointment time only to be told that he was still "running behind". If you want to deal with rudeness, carelessness and unprofessionalism then go here. If not, seek care elsewhere.

I sat and watched the front office staff in the lobby for about 30 minutes while a waited to be seen. I saw people checking in and walking out and never did the front office staff offer a smile to anybody other than themselves. They seem so miserable and automated.
I filled out my information on the tablet including my new insurance. However, when I completed it and turned it in I was asked over the same questions. I was told by front staff that the tablet "doesn't ask for new insurance information" after I had just updated my insurance information on it. So it's a complete waste of time to complete something on the tablet that they refuse to use and on top of that to be rude to patients about it. In the end, I waited for than 1 hour to be seen in this unhappy place.response / report this review -

About a year ago I was diagnosed with precancerous cells on my uterus. Prolapsed bladder which I was tested for also. I had to change docters twice because of my insurance issues. Anyway the clerks at Womens Health Specialists failed to retrieved my medical records from previous docters. After Repeatly telling me they would get them for me. Dr. Habib seemed ok the 1st intial visit. The last visit he seemed to be careless at not concerned about the things I was tested for.. He didnt test me for anything he gave me a pap. Which came back normal. How can 2 different docters say the same thing and Dr Habib tell me another when he hadnt ordered labs or done any biopsys. Careless is what I feel he is.

Waited for almost an hour past our appointment time and no one offered us to reschedule or give any explaination. Instead of coming up with a solution they just said sorry, too bad.

I'd give it no stars, but I have to have at lwast one in order to review. The staff were very standoffish on the phone, and it takes FOREVER to get in touch with a real person through their stupid automated service. Dr. Haddad (OB) was impersonal and didn't even act like he cared, and I also know people who have had miscarriages because of his negligence. You're better off at Sunset Community Health Center. Dr. Temponi is an absolute wonder, and when you call in to schedule appointments, you always talk with a real person immediately. Seriously, Women's Health is crap.

My wife had a horrible experience with this office. Initially we went in to make sure that she was healthy enough one year before getting pregnant and we were told she was fine. The next year when we got pregnant my wife requested that her thyroid be checked in the first appointment because her eye doctor suggested it. The lab lost the slip, twice, and she ended up never getting a thryroid lab drawn. Not to mention the lab was horrible. My wife would wait for over twenty minutes to have her blood drawn and one time she even went to ask the phlebotomist when it was her turn and she was ignored because the phlebotomist was showing her Facebook account on her phone to another patient. During multiple appointments my wife told her doctor that she felt very swollen. He kept insisting that her weight was increasing too rapidly and at 24 weeks was told she had gained what she should have gained at the end of her pregnancy. My wife didn't make it past 25 weeks. She was flown to Phoenix where she delivered our baby at 25 weeks and was told she had severe preeclampsia along with a thyroid issue that had been present for about 4 months.

My experience has always been wonderful with this office. Scheduling was a breeze, great patient service. A large office with a small office feel. I would highly recommend.
