Good service from doctors and nurses and When It comes to BILLS they are monsters, they don't accept payment plans, There ugly website just take $500 and above payments .

First impressions are always so important. I had scheduled an appointment and was very much so, looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my husband and I don't have a babysitter and it is just us, so I took my children with me, in hopes to be seen. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man. He was very professional. He told me I might have to reschedule my appointment because they have a "no visitor policy". (Some areas do and some don't). My PCP is very understanding when it comes to me having to take my children with me. I was hoping the same. Well, the young man went and got a nurse or so. She apologized for not telling me prior to the appointment that they had no visitor policy and asked if I could reschedule it another day. I informed her that the only times I could possibly schedule would be later in the day. She said she would be back. 15 minutes passed and I didn't see her, so I asked the young man to see if she was going to come back or not. After checking, he came back and said that she couldn't schedule my appointment at the time. I left the office pretty disappointed, wondering if I hadn't said anything, was she going to just leave me waiting? I decided to schedule my appointment somewhere else.

I saw Julie, NP. She was professional and caring. The entire staff from the front office to back office were caring and considerate. A few days after my appointment her nurse, Laura, emailed me to check on me and continued to do so for three days until I was able to say, “yes, I am turning the corner.”

I saw Dr. Grounds for the first time last week and I felt so comfortable with her. It was as if I had been a patient of hers for years! She took a lot of time with me, explained my options along with the pros/cons of each and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and my check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend Dr. Grounds and her office for your OB/GYN needs.
