  Our Recycle Man picked up all of our trash on a windy day when the recycling can had fallen over. The trash was in the street and yard. He deserves a Kudos for picking it all up and righting our recycling trash can.

  Would not recommend this trash service to anyone. They forget to pick up our trash at least once a month and we have 1 weekly pick up. We have proof via our ring doorbell that the trash is always outside the night before and the workers make up stories as to why the trash wasn’t picked up. Horrible.

  There is one man that picks up my trash most of the time, that is FANTASTIC! He takes less than a minute to move my trash can back to the side of my driveway so it doesn't get knocked into the ditch. Other drivers don't do that, but he doessadly I don't know his name to compliment him.

  WM has always been reliable. Drivers are courteous. Pick ups are always timely. Paperless billing is convenient. I have always recommended WM to friends and family. Very satisfied.

  Waste management is great. They come on the day scheduled every time. If there is a holiday, I receive a message on when they will come out. Has always been a day later when a holiday occurs. I receive a message on when my bill is due and online pay is very easy to use.
