The sales portion of CH was great, no pressure and very helpful. The delivery, however, was a different story. They were a little over 3 hours late (making it around 9PM when the delivery was complete- Window given was 2-5, showed up at 8:20pm). Once there, I was asked to carry in the cushions/ pillows of my sectional. Door frames were hit hard and the wedge piece of my --white-- couch came without wrapping and was slid across the floor of the truck, getting it very dirty. My husband and I assembled the couch (connecting the pieces) because they asked if we would like to. We could have said no, but it was a little bit awkward. I am going to call today to request they come clean the couch/ cushions.

What a GREAT shopping experience we had! I was very pleased with my purchase experience. Quality furniture at a fair price. I also love what this family does for the animals in need in our area.
I won't buy furniture anywhere else.

My sales person Jade was avalible to find out all my questions and showed me exactly what I was ordering. Jade was able to get my 2 items on the truck in the next 3 days, not a week. We went to 3 different aisles to find my items. CON IS NO FREE delivery--- that is only if spend over $950---almost 1k to get free delivery. Their delivery fee-- for my 2 items was over $50. But glad was open past 6pm. Could spend a lot of time at the store.

I have went to Carol House early on a Saturday Morning in search of living room furniture. I walked into the show room and was immediately greeted by Anthony M. He was very attentive and helpful. He showed us many things and answered all questions that I had. He even helped me with my color scheme. I found my items. It was exactly what I wanted. I had to give 5 stars for the Customer Service experience.. I will return for future purchases.
