EDIT - Since my first review, I have to say WM definitely made it right. They have taken care of my few complaints quickly and handled it with courtesy and professionalism. I will continue using them as my vendor.

Service is the same every week, but my bill has almost double in amount since I signed up for their service. I understand fuel goes up and down and I expect a slight increase. However WM Never sent me any explanation on any of the increases. After my first phone call to them, and having their service for a while did my bill continue to go up. Customer service needs improvement, billing department needs improvement.

Expensive!Wow!! $88.00 to haul off 5 trash cans full of debris! Other than price, descent facility, it was our first time theresigns posted made it easy enough to figure out where ya need to be so that was good. Just the price was way more than I imagined to help keep America clean and less debris floating around on our streets that's all!

I have been to this landfill many times as a residential customer. I have not experienced any issues. The ladies in the office are always friendly and fair. Very easy to get in / dump safely / and depart. Price seems fair to me. I will continue to use this landfill.

Went there today to dump some Trash. Maybe 3 yards max. Lady told me there was a $75 minimum. I said really I hadn't been there in a year or 2 so I assumed the prices went up. But when i read the sign after paying it says $40 min or $60 min for shingle. Not wanting to spend time arguing I just went on my way. I don't know if I was wrong or she was but it feels like I was taken advantage of. THANKS WM
