First day was skipped but new resident so I understood, and you sent out an awesome crew to pick up on the following day. Every Monday afterwards has been fantastic. I thank you and all the crew for fantastic service..Thanks

The wait is over! They followed through and did all they said they would. The pick ups are consistent not truck problems on our small lot and I highly recommend WM.
I'm waiting to see if WM credits my account or not. I was told that my first visit wouldn't have an up charge for extra garbage due to the time switch over from my previous garbage pick up. But I was charged and it hasn't been credited back yet. I will write a 5 star review if the bill works itself out.response / report this review -

My first service was on 7/11. They missed to pickup the trash and marked it as complete. I called the customer service to schedule the pickup again and they did the same thing, marked it as done without picking up the trash. It happened 3 times in a week. And also its very hard to reach out to the customer care representative.
UPDATE: STAY AWAY with these guys. Same above situation happened again this week.response / report this review -

Go with Boss Man or some other company. We have been with WM for 6 years and honestly the last two have been terrible. The first issue is that they will start you at a low reasonable rate and will consistently raise the price (and odd hidden fees) about every 6 months. We started around $50/quarter and now we are at $120/quarter. The second issue is that they have broken both of our cans, the recycling and trash, and when we reported it the day each were broken we were told that we would have to pay for them to replace the can, as well as pay a fee to get the can picked up. I think overall it was about $40 per can, which we decided not to pay bc we didn’t break them. Finally, each week when they pick up our trash and recycling they leave the lid of the broken one somewhere in street for us to pick back up and reassemble.
This company says they care about your opinion, but every time we have called we get some disgruntled customer service employee who basically says “we aren’t going to change and get over it.” If I didn’t have so much other stuff in life to manage I would have left this company. I will get around to it someday and my bank account will be happy.response / report this review -

Wish I could leave a worse review. This company doesn't even deserve to be a super star let alone 5 star. 2 months of dealing with this issue week after week. Every excuse in the book. Promise after promise with no one to just pick the trash up. I love it when you call in they always say the same thing. Sorry we will pick it up in 24 hours or less . I love it when we see the big green WM truck drive by our homes and they simply will not stop. You can't pay this clown of a company enough money a month , they simply will not pick the trash up. Oh by the way I'm still waiting on that route manager to call me ???? They never do. Do not waste your time or money with this company. !!! I am seriously thinking about getting a huge banner made with the big green WM with arrows pointing to the trash can . Just maybe they will see it then 🤔 oh and by the way these 2 pictures are my neighbors trash not picked up and of course mine. Never know maybe they will get it in 2 or 3 weeks or ??? Seriously don't even bother with this company.
