It's refreshing to call customer service and feel that you are heard. WM excels in customer service. We are seniors on limited income and WM always works with us to keep their service within our budget. Thank you WM!

3 time around the building after loading at scale lady sent me back to dock for more weight seriously it's time wasting practice and hilarious if your staff doesn't work accurately why drivers suffer because of you

Very unorganized place to pick up a load , there is plenty of room to go around this waste trucks but I guess we all have to sit and wait for no reason!. You will probably have to re weight your load because they don’t seem to know approximately how to legally load trailers , apart from that it’s a Fast loading and
    Friendly stuff !!

The containers are not returned to their proper locations after pick up and debris is littered in the parking lot after dumping. If there is a delay to reach the containers due to another vendor at the loading dock, the driver's tolerance is short and we lose a pick up. This has led to overfilled containers due to the missed pick up and additional charges from the overfilled dumping the next scheduled time.
