BEYOND IMPRESSED! I cannot say enough good things about BengalWorks. As a real estate agent I have purchased signs and materials from other companies and I haven't been near as impressed as I am with the quality of BengalWorks. My for sale signs don't fade at all or peel off like others have in the past. Plus, the designers are A+!! I can send over an email with ideas of what I am thinking and most of it is rambling half thought of ideas and they take my ideas and create them into something much better than I even imagined! Thumbs up to quality and customer service!

We use Shiloh and Bengal Works for all of our many screen printing needs every year. We do business cards, sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats and beanies for our company and we've been happy every time. They've even helped us design alternate logos from our original. Their pricing and service have always been far and away the best we've dealt with. We highly recommend them.

I have used this business several times without issues, and then out of the blue their work became lacking. Firstly, I sent them pictures to print to celebrate our first cohort of graduate students in our new program. Instead of simply printing the pictures, they took it upon themselves to edit the sharpness and color of the pictures (something that did not show in the proof sent). They look absolutely awful, but we were pushed for time. Then we ordered our Christmas Cards from Nitrographics as we do every year. They failed to call and inform us that they were in the middle of a business merger. When they finally did tell us, we were two weeks away from Christmas. Now, I just recently referred a club member to this business for printing flyers for our club. There was a confusion with instructions and instead of contacting her with questions, they filled the order incorrectly and charged us full price.
Due to my poor experiences with this business, I would not recommend it for anyone looking for quality work. Sometimes it is better to pay more from another business to ensure quality.

Shiloh and his staff at Bengal Works did the windows on our building for our restaurant and our Ford Escape design including the back window. It has been almost a year now and we are thrilled with the durability and quality of the work.
They are a professional team that work with a synergy to ensure customer satisfaction. And the price was the best we could find in town.
