I was deeply disappointed when my repairman (who was seemingly fantastic at first meeting and told me to contact him directly if I had any questions) ended up utterly snubbing me when I contacted him with questions about purchasing the $16,000 new AC system he tried to sell me (clearly he must make a commission on the sale). What a salesman and a fake he was! He almost got me. What he doesn't realize is that had he engaged and answered the few questions I had, I probably would have purchased the system. Thank God I didn't. Yikes.

Their service was impeccable UNTIL I decided I may only want my system repaired (for almost $5000 mind you) and not replaced. I then got the cold shoulder and horrendous customer service from this dude. Definitely steer clear of this business. They have all the bells and whistles, but you end up paying dearly for them. When something (or someone, in this case, my repairman) seems to good to be true, trust your gut. Smh.

I was so frustrated with HVAC companies after this horrendous experience, that I actually decided to stop using AC altogether (better carbon footprint) and installed a whole house fan in the attic with a DRAMATICALLY better company. It's been fantastic and oh so much cheaper. Best part is that I had money left over to get a fantastic exterior surveillance system I've been wanting for ages!

Brandon and Nick were awesome and extremely professional. They got the job done in the time they said they would and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. AC dying during the hottest week of the year is tough but they did everything possible to get it back up and running as fast as they could. I highly recommend this company and would encourage you to reach out to them first for any AC related emergencies.

I was impressed with professionalism of the entire crew. They were knowledgeable, courteous and worked swiftly and diligently despite the very high temperature, especially in our attic. Not to be corny but the crew gave me faith that all is not lost in this country.
