I called them to find out if they accept landscaping bricks. The automated system was a nightmare and kicked me to their customer service center. After holding for 10 minutes, the service center couldn't help me and sent me back to the automated system. I got sent back to the customer service center and this time held for 20 minutes. This time the guy told me he couldn't help me or even give me the number for the transfer station. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and couldn't get an answer to a simple question.

I lke that they let us know when pick up will be delayed a day because of a holiday. Then we don't have to guess.

This company was amazing to us through a very hard time. We were cleaning out my childhood home after my mom passed away with 49 years of living in it. We had to rent seven dumpsters in total throughout the whole project. They were kind and Polite and worked with us when situation came up and times needed to be changed

They always handled everything with such courtesy which was very much appreciated during this very hard time in my family’s life.

For our needs their prices were the best in town. You can keep it longer than anyone else and they also have extended time that you can keep it after the 1st 15 that is the cheapest that I found. Which really helps when things happen like someone breaks their arm, like I did and you don’t get much done in a week and need to have it for another week.

Thank you again Jim, Randy, Anthony and the rest of the team there for making a hard time a little bit easier we really appreciated it! We highly recommend them to everyone we know!

Very happy to have served this customer for so many years and learn everything about the company on so many different levels. First off, inward facing cameras with dictatorship style leadership over their employees. I have yet to meet ONE single satisfied employee of this company. Plenty glad I don't have much to do with them anymore. Top rated driver, but NO dollar amount would convince me to be part of the Waste Management Team. I AVOID this company at ALL levels simply by the way they do business and treat employees like dogs, yet portray themselves like they're the best thing since sliced bread.
