  We needed some grease to change some flat pedals. Rather than sell us a $25 tube of grease we didn't need they just went in the shop and gave us a dab of grease to finish the job. Also lots of great advice about trails in the area. So we bought some go juice, water bottle and a trail map just to to be grateful for the service and advice. If you are in Sante Fe and don't know your way around the trails I'd stop here first.

  No pressure sales, very patient as well. They also have a great and vast selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this shop for ALL your biking needs or desires.

  Excellent service. Was travelling thru the area and had bearing problems in my mountain bike headset. They immediately looked at it, determined problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!

  I recently purchased my 8th bike from NM Bike N Sport and not only was it my nicest bike by far, it was the best experience yet. Ray was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (I can be a slow mover), and I couldn't more excited about my new Wilier Cento 1SR. The fit is great and the bike is just as amazingfast, comfy, smooth, and fast! Pedro and Kevin were helpful too, and Tennison (sp?) did a great job setting up my old carbon bars. Great bike shop!

  This positive review is way overdue for everyone at NM Bike N Sport. I can't speak more highly of any other bike shop that I've been to in years, in Santa Fe or anywhere else for that matter.
  
  I bought a Trek Stache but didn't like the purple color of the Stache 7. So Tony (owner) agreed to purchase a Stache 9 frame in black for me and swap out all the parts onto it at no extra cost, selling it to me for the original price of a Stache 7 (Thank you!). Try to find another shop that will do that for you! And it was all done with a completely friendly, 'no-problem' attitude.
  
  I don't know what the negative reviewers are talking about on this site. Ray, Pedro, Tony, and Alan (and everyone else I dealt with in the shop--sorry, I don't know your names) were all incredibly friendly, professional, and pressure-free each time I came in to work out the Stache 7 order.
  
  Additionally, I was going to re-build an old Niner Sir 9 that was a bit roughed up. Once I decided to buy the Stache, Pedro hooked me up with a very reasonable set of parts to get it in perfect working order again without strong-arming me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need and that the bike didn't warrant having replaced. He also tuned it up and it rode perfectly thereon. Sweet!
  
  Five stars to the great crew at Bike N Sport. I've cruised around all the shops in town, and it's the only one that consistently hits the mark.

  Bike & Sport has been our bike shop in Santa Fe since we first bought our mountain bikes in 2008. Since then, we've bought two road bikes each. Superb service. Tony, Ray, Pedro, and the others are part of our cycling family. We stop in on a regular basis to swap stories. Very convenient location by Trader Joe's. Best selection of well-made bikes in town. We refer other cyclists to them often.
