Thought I would share a positive review for this location. I just moved into a neighborhood that is serviced by Texas Pride Disposal. It really made me appreciate the service WM provides The Woodlands. Your team was solid throughout the entire pandemic. I'll miss the reliability and professionalism shown by your drivers, and hope that when the contract for my new HOA is up, WM has the opportunity to win it even if not serviced by this exact location.

These are now multiple weeks without pick up and I’m thinking that as clients we have to stand up to them and let them know that this isn’t right because they are charging us so much to come twice a week, only for them to not show up either day.
It’s at the point where they literally owe us a free week.
Because we paid.
We called and they confirmed we didn’t have any problems with our account, But they missed both pickup days we paid

It seems like everybody in our neighborhood that uses the service had their cans out days after they were supposed to come.

Almost two weeks ago, my brand new truck was hit by the garbage truck, causing a dent in the bumper. Driver did not stop, try to make contact or leave a note on the door… he just kept driving his route! Called immediately when they opened and a case number was issued. Didn’t hear anything from them in three days and called back. Turns out they sent my case to the wrong person so I was never going to get a call back had I not called back. Finally the route supervisor reached out to me five days after my truck had been hit. Was told I’d be hearing from their insurance company a week ago, but that has yet to happen. Wondering if it ever will.
