I unload large amounts of cardboard and paper here & I always have a good experience. I don't know why people are so disrespectful with these reviews. Waste Management has a huge operation and they work hard. They do a great job.

I just recently started dumping truck loads of clean cardboard here about once every 2 weeks never have a problem I’m in and out very quickly.

black lady at the guard shack is incredibly rude and miserable. she seems like she hates her job. she acts like she is lord over the dumpsters and tries as hard as she can to not let you dump there. albeit this was about a year ago. she may not work there anymore. i hope she doesnt. she is a bummer to deal with. she may not realize that its ppl like us that pay her. taxpayer money. its funny how government or even city employees dont give a darn about customer service.
