Just stop by today to open a business account and get a hellium tank delivered to my store the lady in the front is very rude and bad actitud she should be in her home retired and not giving people bad actitud is a lot of people kind that want to work. They should considered have people with better customer service.

WOW! Cant remember the name but i spoke to a gentleman here about 2 weeks ago. Cool guy gave the time to answer some questions that i needed because i was shopping around. HOWEVER I called in today to place my order WHOAH!! whoever the lady was that answered the phone was rude, and annoyed by my call (mind you i was coming to pick up a large tank about $195). For some reason it got soooo complicated and she got sooo annoyed, spoke rudely. i was just like forget it!! I shoppd around and found this company Helium Plus in Newark, MUCH nicer people, glad to help and NOT annoyed by a cusotmer calling. Yes, their prices are a bit more, however I rather pay more then to give rude people my money/business. Sad part was this place came as a referral, wait till i let her know :(

Spoke with Steven Defillipps jr. great guy, the price to fill a BBQ ( blueRhino ) type was cheaper that the exchange. My first time going to the and I will continue to go back to them.
