Worst customer service I have ever had!!! Extra charges on bill higher than a dump fee and was never notified!!

Charged me $300 for a small pickup full of leaves and branches. I won't be back!! Fix the price please!!!

We are very happy with the dependability of WM at our business. We never have to think about it. Also, the dumpster is always put back in it's proper location and they never leave trash around it. We've been happy for several years now.

The employees working the scale house were very helpful. I had never been to this location but I had alot of tile to dispose of and they allowed me to dump the whole trailer load for free. It just had to be clean with no trash. I will definitely come back here for all my disposal needs.

Prices are never the same when I take my dump trailer through there The lady at the window charges whatever she feels like charging. I informed her that I paid $120 on multiple times when I've taken my dump trailer through there. She billed me 180 which I was fine with, next time through she builds me $199. The cubic yards didn't change on my trailer and I was not dumping any shingles. In fact the debris I take is always the same, trash from my remodeling job sites. I don't mind paying higher premiums due to the proximity of this dump site, but when it starts nearing more than double of what I pay at other sites and there's never a consistent charge it's a bit irritating.
