Lana Howard has made me an extremely satisfied customer. She's helped me throughout the process of getting off someone else's policy and starting my own. I bought a new car and she explained thoroughly by what "full coverage" meant and what I'd be paying for. Any issues or questions I've had she's helped me through and answered.
