Just so everyone knows the service man that came today to check my a AC unit tried to convince me that my unit
was putting out carbon monoxide. When I had him show me meter it was showing .01 ppm he said it was up to 15 ppm. Meter did not show that when I was looking at it. I think they are just trying to get people to spend 4 grand for new unit. Before you sign anything get 2 more company's to check Unit and than get estimates. He got mad after I told him I would not sign that unit was putting out carbon monoxide without proof. Did not finish checking my Unit and just left without saying anything.

From the initial call with Scott and Jim, to the install with TJ and the crew everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Received top notch service and a great value. This is the team you want for your HVAC maintenance or repair. They are world class and got the job done quick and after you wouldn't ever known they were there except for the nice cool AC in our home. Call these guys first!

Our old Bryant A/C went out. We contacted Wis.Fuel & Heating. They came out promptly and was on site fifteen minutes early.The service technicians Jake & Beau were very pleasant informing us what needed to be done. They worked till the job was completed and we we satisfied with great results. We were given the new paper work. They sure left a high watermark for other employees. We are extremely happy with our choice for doing business with Wisconsin Fuel & Heating.

Am I just being blown off due to being a female? I contacted Wisconsin Fuel & Heating for an estimate on a furnace replacement, oil tank removal and air conditioning install. I had an appointment scheduled quickly and was hoping the estimate would be quick and complete. I handed the rep who came out to the house a questionnaire I needed filled out with reasonable questions things such as Contractors License Number and does the heat exchanger have and extended or lifetime warranty. Today I got back a 2 page PDF one page was checkboxes and a high efficiency furnace listed (I asked for dependable 80% no explanation on why the swap) and a page of sales fluff hype marketing. I have to wonder if your company is properly licensed as you couldn’t provide me with that information apparently. If your company is not capable of answering my questions nor interested in my business it would be better to let me know that upfront rather than waste my time. I can’t recommend your business to my friends and associates.

Wisconsin Fuel was very friendly and professional. I got a couple of quotes before I went ahead with Wis Fuel. They were the most competitive, and actually got more for my money. They have 24 Hour service just in case something comes up, and a good warranty. Shop around, become educated on what you want, and shop last at Wisconsin Fuelyou'll be glad you did!

This company is not what it used to be at all. We had a issues with our service call and wanted a re-check within 30 minutes of Tech leaving. We were told they didn't have a Tech available during peak season, to just call back if we have a problem. We'll we had one, received the run around. If they can't charge you, they argue with you. So much for their 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. It's easy to find an honest qualified company. I'd never refer anyone to these people again. I'd only advice people to not deal with them. Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a sad joke in my experience. Read other reviews.

Wisconsin Fuel was used in our brand new construction home. While the service techs for Wisconsin Fuel have been nothing but pleasant to work withwe have had NUMEROUS problems with the quality of product and the techs not being to fix these problems. In the 10 months we have lived at our new home, techs have been out a total of 12 times to work on 2 problems which still to this date have not been fixed. As of now, we are starting to have trouble getting Wisconsin Fuel to continue to come out and work out these problems. They are telling us that these issues are not normal issues to be having but they are no longer overly willing to do anything about them. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this company to any family or friends.

I explained the problem with the furnace and Scott diagnosed the problem quickly. The furnace had a dirty flame sensor and in a matter of twenty minutes it was up and running again.

Great service! Had the technician TJ out at my house for some minor additions/extensions to my HVAC system and he was very considerate when he was in the house. He left the house the way we left it (clean!) and thanked us for the business. Fair in price compared to most, and awesome service!

Todd and Josh O. were a pleasure to work with. Todd kept me informed throughout the installation of our new furnace. The process was smooth and efficient and they went above and beyond making sure everything was working properly - including the humidifier.

Their hard work was very appreciated - come spring we'll be using Wisconsin Fuel & Heating for our central air.
