We were very satisfied with our experience with Window Works. The blinds look great. Betsy was really easy to work with and the installer was super. We would have no problem using Window Works again.

Walked in off the street and was greeted and free to roam the small showroom. Someone came out to help me in a few minutes. Apparently,it is better to have an appointment. They were kind, professional and very helpful. No problem getting an appt for measuring and selecting finishes. Good communication throughout process including with installer. The only concern is that the installer screwed the cord device into my woodwork before asking my opinion and now I think I will have him return to modify it and patch/paint the woodwork.

Christine was fantastic to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for our master bedroom. I absolutely love our shades! I highly recommend Christine - she is experienced, patient and very responsive.

We ordered custom blinds for our gorgeous bowed window in our living room. Kelly did a wonderful job recommending the perfect blind. Jeff came and verified measurements and then did the install.

We could not be more pleased. They are perfect and look phenomenal.

Wonderful experience made easy. Christine did a great job of meeting me at our house to measure all of the windows and look at samples. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Paul and Nathan came to install and were quick and efficient. Installed 8 regular blinds and 6 motorized blinds in 2 hours. Very friendly and showed me how to use the app. Would highly recommend.
