Food is normally pretty good here but had a poor experience today. Had a coupon for buy 10 wings, get 10 free. They refused to accept the coupon because I was trying to use it on a to-go order. The coupon didnt have this written on it anywhere and I pointed that out. I was again told I could not use it on a to-go order. Pretty lame in my opinion, either have it written on the coupon or honor the coupon and learn from your mistakes.

We have been going to Winners Circle for 3 years. Their wings are the best. However, today was terrible. We arrived at 6:00 pm, specifically to eat wings. We ordered wings and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks arrived at about 6:30 with an apology. We thought the wings would be out shortly. At 6:45 another apology but no wings. At 7:20 a third apology but still no wings. At 7:30 we cancelled our order and we're ready to leave. They brought our wings and expected us to stay. We declined. No offer of copensation. We would have asked for the manager but the owner was already aware and was in the kitchen. We went to Hooters and had food in less than five minutes with a much more congenial waitress.WC has lost our business.

Stopped by to grab some wings and beer today. Placed our order around 1:30pm and at 2:20pm we still had no food. We sat at the bar and watched only 2 baskets of food get delivered to people at the bar and we only saw about 6 baskets of food get delivered out in the table area. The bar tenders were more worried about getting beer sales than anything else. The answer we got was that they were very busy. Do you think that 45 minutes is a reasonable time to get 20 wings? I do not. And from we saw, the bar was busy in alcohol sales but the kitchen was not because very little food was coming out of the kitchen. Worst Experience ever and on top of that the staff did not even care. We left and got food elsewhere.

I’ve been going to winners circle for as long as I can remember and every person that has stepped foot through the door has been treated kindly and with respect by Bill and the rest of the staff. I’ve seen people of ALL different types and colors come in and are absolutely made at home here. If you come sit at the bar and you’re by yourself, it’s almost guaranteed someone’s going to walk up and start a conversation with you. It doesn’t matter who you are, you’re welcomed in by everyone. The owner Bill is a great restaurant owner and also does his part to help his community with fundraiser/sponsors. The food is great and prices for the quality of food beats any other place in town!

I have been a part of the Winners circle family for 15 years. And when i say family i mean just that. EVERYONE no matter your race or your beliefs, Bill and his crew welcome you with open arms a an open heart! I will recommend this place to everyone i know. I love this place! The food is outstanding. I habe tried almost everything on the menu. Best chicken wings in the country. The staff is friendly and works hard to make sure you are taken care of. The owner is one of the best people I have ever met. He loves everyone and helps everyone he can. His charity has helped people with medical needs, life necessities, and food. He has provided amazing Christmases for families that had nothing. Winners circle will always get my money, support, and love.

This place has excellent hot wings and plenty of space. The large tables are good for celebrations. Would be 5 stars with some more local craft beers on tap!

Best hole in the wall wings I have ever eaten and been too. The sauces are so unique. It is a must try if you are near here.

First I want to thank you guys so much for what you did for my Brother Paul "Tony" on May 13th. You guy's are awesome! I had ordered the chicken fingers and boy the were huge and very good. The server was anazing! Thank you for everything!

Dingy dive, which is sometimes a good thing. Nice crowd, all seemed friendly, like they were regulars. Actually was greeted by one of the customers before we were acknowledged by the server/ bartender. Staff was doing a great job, but the crowd was a little too much for the one lady. The food was good and hot. Kitchen staff brought out the snacks while the one and only waitress also served drinks. With more staff the rush would have had better service and the place might be cleaner.
