Do Not Stay Here! I Was Robbed By Wingate Employees for 35,000 worth of Music Studio equipment & 5,000 worth of designer shoes & garments! Whole staff conspiracy! Management is sooo Crooked DO Not Stay! Everything is Shady & i found Roaches! Yet i didnt complain! Till they robbed me! They made a Key & Cleaned the registry after the fact too cover it up!!! Would even give me a refund !

Very nice hotel very clean and the service is excellent, the most important point in my view is the team work ..the manger is very nice man very helpful, the front desk lady charl of also they are all professional ..they welcome you make feel home ..i stayed 2 weeks ..I definitely recommend it

Hotel is what it is for Vineland this is one of the nicest places to stay. The beds are okay the rooms are okay the staff is great! The Jacuzzi is nice in the suite. Breakfast served every a.m.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because of my customer service experienceoverall my stay was incredible, the rooms are clean, fast check in, quiet relaxing atmosphere, and the free breakfast was a complimentHowever i had an issue regarding over charges to my acct, i stay at the wingate often so i know the incidental fees are $20, they charged me an incidental fee of $122.45 and of course i wanted to know why. I would call to speak to a manager and everytime she was either in a meeting or on another phone call and i would be told she would give me a call back. However day after day would go by and she never contacted me back regarding my issue. The receptionists were always pleasant but there was nothing they could do. Anyways a week goes by and I decided to contact customer support who handled my issue with no hesitation (something the manager could have done from the first day I called). I feel like the managers at this site need more training on customer service because of how they basically dodged my phone calls when all I wanted was answers. Its not that hard to respond to a concerned customer especially those who come on a regular basis. In the future i will eliminate this problem by paying with a prepaid debit card. OVERALL MY HOTEL STAY WAS ENJOYABLE😊

We've stayed here multiple times, while visiting our granddaughters. We have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the room was nice. Really no complaints. Wish they had an indoor pool, me and my daughter wanted to go swimming. The breakfast was good, but thought they would have more options to choose from. But overall i had a good stay.

Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are always clean. Maid service everyday is pretty good. People are nice and the breakfasts aren't bad at all.
