All in all it was a good stay. The only thing bad I have to say is that the woman who checked us in (lady in her forties, fifties) didn't seem especially nice or friendly. That 's my only complaint.

The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and friendly. Everyone made it a point to welcome us and wish us good-bye as we left. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect, I can not be more happier with my stay here, they are great, plus your room has a refrigerator and microwave.

Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a little worn, but beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean with a nice tub and shower.response / report this review -

My husband and I come once a year to do it attraction in Pennsylvania we purposely stay at the hotel in Jersey because of the gracious staff and lovely service my bad. We always have a great experience

The room looked recently updated with a nice bathroom. It was quiet even though it was next to a busy road. It was booked solid so I did have some difficulty finding a parking spot but the desk clerk did find me temporary parking until a spot became available. It's convenient to Rowan University and much cheaper the the on-campus hotel. Will use the Best Western again when visiting our son.

Hotel smells like stale cigarettes, furniture is stained, carpet felt wet even thou it wasnt, pool was way over chlorinated and burned our skin. The entire hotel is in need of a deep clean. There is a later of dust around the room on the carpet where the vacuum never reaches. The whole hotel is very dusty so they most likely need to change their air filters. Bathtubs need to be scrubed on a regular basis. Breakfast was fine coffee was terrible. Our key card needed to be re-magnetized ever time we needed to re-enter our room. Would not come back unless I was desperate.

The hotel is nice. The staff was friendly. Pool is OK. Fitness room is nice. I did received someone else's bill which the front desk correct. However, this was my second stay at this hotel in two months. During my first stay I was encouraged to book directly with the hotel I would get a cheaper rate. The room rate for my second stay was $20/night higher than my first stay.

Nice hotel clean beds are soft water pressure is ok but hot water is a problem if more then one room in the hotel takes a shower at the same time but mostly after 12 pm the hot water is good but overall very nice hotel will stay again

Horrible management they lie and they allow the maids to go in your room before you're checked out. I lost multiple important papers and because I questioned them on why they entered my room they banned me. I will never stay at another Best Western ever!!! And they're too expensive for what to get.

I stayed here last weekend for a get away. Well I was welcomed by an amazing and polite young man (night front desk clerk). I do apologize for not remembering his name. As I opened the door to the room I was greeted by an aroma. I did dismiss this because it could have been the guests next door, trust me it happens. Well later that night I went to use the microwave and to my surprise I was gifted with not one not two but three moldy sandwiches. Immediately to the front desk I went. The young gentleman apologized many times and assured me he would leave a note for the owner. Yes, the note was left by the night time desk clerk but little do I know the man I was talking to Saturday morning wasn't the owner at all, just played boss. Saturday night I was ready to check out, the loud radio in the parking lot, the smell of the smoke from next door,to the kids jumping upstairs to yet another gift in the freezer, I was done. Upon checking out the same young man did apologize and stated he will talk to the owner for a slight discount. The problem is this, workers who don't do their job and someone else apologies. I did look on my bank statement and to my surprise no compensation was given. I do not fault the night desk clerk, he was amazing,but a little more customer service from management goes a long way, even an email of apology from the head manager would have been enough. I will never stay here again. If anyone does stay check the microwave and the top compartment in the fridge. If all the workers were half what the night clerk was that place would be the spot to stay.

I recently stayed here and it was awesome! The maid was fantastic, the people at front desk were friendly and helpful, even the maint. man in passing was friendly. The breakfast bar had a wonderful selection of just about everything you could think of. The little extras like the to go bags of breakfast items, the cookies they put out in the afternoon, the free newspaper were all so appreciated! And the room was very CLEAN! Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable!
