Great place had a rough flight got there and everything went great. Great rate. Large clean room. Pool, business ctr, game room & breakfast.
Service was great. Hotel lobby and room were nice. 5MB/s wifi on 3rd floor. Lime water was nice touch. Only issue I had was AC unit in room ran louder than I was used to in other hotels but it wasn't horrible to where I couldn't sleep. Mattress was very comfortable, wish I could have one of these at home.
In my opinion this hotel shouldn’t be allowed to fly the Windham flag because it is a disgrace to the brand. The only good experience my wife and I had was with the front desk employees and the hotels location to six flags. All within a three night stay we experienced a closed pool, broken gym equipment, literal cockroaches and cobwebs in our room and general filth. I’m sad to say this is my last stay at a Wyndham property. Shame because I love the rewards program. My advice- replace housekeeping and the pest control company with people that care about their job! Room #124
Room was fairly clean. A little dust around and the paint was peeling in the bathroom just a little from a lack of bathroom fan. But overall pretty good. Breakfast was just ok. Waffles were good but the eggs tasted pretty bad. Service was great. We arrived late at night and we're able to be checked in quickly. Odd thing though, the room we booked online wasn't available when we arrived only about an hour later. We were given the choice of 2 rooms so no big deal. Over all fine place.
Had reservation issues when we first arrived do to the storm the week before but was given and up grade at no extra charge. Everyone was very nice and worked fast to settle all issues. Room was very clean and really nice.
Housekeeping was not very good at all - nightstands were dusty when we go there and the next day the soaps and consumables had not been replaced - not even the cups for the coffee. Very few towels - had to ask for more. Could also hear everything happening around us from kids screaming in the halls at 7 am to the elevator constantly dinging anytime it stopped on our floor. Breakfast was also only served from 7 to 9 - even on the weekend - so very short window to get food if you came on vacation and don't want to have to be up two hours before the park even opens. My roommate used the gym and said some of the equipment (in a small size gym with few machines) was broken also. On the bright side - very close to six flags and lots of parking and nice hot showees for after a day at the park.
Appears to be clean but.... after being here for one night we realized we wanted our five year old to have his own bed. They don't have a roll-away bed(understandable), but also no extra towels, no extras pillows, no extra sheets or blankets, and the air conditioner is barely keeping up with keeping our room cool.
Not to mention the attitude from the front desk like who am I to expect more towels and pillows. I have stayed at more hotels than I can count on my fingers and toes. I have always been able to go to the front desk and request these things without issues. For what we are paying to stay here I thought they would be better than this. We are going to make a formal complaint with Wyndham.
Gave them three stars because it is clean. Just not very accommodating.
Che k in went real smooth. The Desk Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and nice. Ask maids for extra items and they were more than ready to accommodate. I would recommend this Hotel as a nice spot.
Friendly staff. Helped out with my son's food allergies. Breakfast each morning was biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes (watch as machine makes them), waffles, danishes, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, fruits, juices, coffee, milk... Think I listed it all. But plenty to choose from. Wish the pool was open, and Six Flags is literally right next store... Too bad they weren't open yet either. But still was not far from downtown.
Went to six flags and parked here for the day. Great location and felt like our car and belongings were safe for the day. Clean hotel, would be a great spot to stay if coming from farther to visit the park. Work out room, pool, nice eating area.
A short walk from the six flags entrance. Rooms are reasonably clean and safe. Limited but great tasting hot breakfast. Staff is nice, the manager is especially attentive. Can be noisy when the park is open from kids and the rooms could use some updating and/or deeper cleans. But the positives far outweigh the minor negatives, especially for the price.
We stay at this hotel every time we come to Atlanta. Never had a problem until just recently. It rained for two days during our visit. One night I fell asleep on the couch watching TV. When I woke up, I was soaking wet! Our ceiling leaked water all over me and the couch. The ceiling is destroyed. When I talked to the front desk, I was expecting an apology and/or a discount. Instead all they said was, "this could happen anywhere, including the Western. If you want I can move you into a different room". No thanks, we leave tomorrow morning anyway so no need to move all of our luggage now. We will NOT be returning next year when we come back to Atlanta.
Good hotel with decent parking and friendly staff. The hotel itself is located very close to Six Flags which makes it convenient, unless it's the closed off season. We visited when Six Flags was closed, so the hotel is pretty far from anything else in ATL. Good deal though. The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Overall I'd stay there again, but be prepared to drive if you wanna go anywhere.
