If i could give them a half star I would. People new to vaping, are prey to these people. They will not accept returns even 10 minutes after the purchase. They sell you a shotty pen, and tell you, your bad luck. Avoid this establishment.

Very nice place with very easy going employess that know about every product in store also almost 5 weeks now they have stayed open later than they have to just so that i am able to cash my checks

I don't care what a store has to offer but if it can't offer good customer service it's not worth shopping there. I've read some of these reviews and it seems I'm not the first one to be laughed at.

I can't believe some people have the nerve to talk negative about you in front of other customers. Never again and I hope you wise up about how to treat people and if not I hope your small business fails!

Customer service is none existent at this place. Purchased a product, supposed to be one color leave open it and it's wrong walk back into store and won't do anything or even refund my money this place is a JOKE!!!!!!!! Go to the one next wood burning store on rt20 from now on

DO NOT GO HERE SCAM ALERT!
I recently went there to buy two tanks, I have always given them business. The staff was not informed enough and sold us tanks that did not work with our box. When the owner came into the situation he told us he would not return them and that We should buy bigger boxes. He then proceeded to laugh at us. These small time tobacco shops are there one minute and gone again. I will make sure they will be gone soon. I have called bbb and will call who ever I can to make sure their scamming will go on no more!

Great people. Great deals. Always happy to walk in there and always greeted very nicely. Outstanding vape selection and e-juice, and any other tobacco products you could ever need!
