A nice place with a well designed golf course, and a hospitable restaurant and bar. This is, however, primarily a residential community.

This is a beautiful 55+ active adult retirement community! It is technically in Banning, California, which allows for lower property taxes by Beaumont standards, but it's still located right on Highland Springs Ave and considered a big part of the Beaumont and Pass Area community. The community has 36 holes of golf for their residents and their guests, along with tons of other amenities and activities! We've sold quite a few homes in Sun Lakes. Be sure you are aware of their by-laws and HOA rules and regulations before you purchase so you know what you are getting into. They keep a tight ship! But its a great place to live!

This is not exactly my cup of tea, but it's a great place for people to retire who enjoy this sort of thing. Progressive Care. Great restaurant. Nice swimming pool. A golf course , extensive. Great views. Many Many Many activities. Friendly Friendly people. Much cheaper than competition.
