  BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible service! No order confirmations no shipping confirmations! People who say they will do something & they don't. Ship via UPS who then transfers it to US postal service for delivery--longer wait times and no tracking number for the actual delivery. Operating like the 1950s. They are owned by Sears, which is going out of business. Don't deserve a star.

  I have been receiving epicly friendly service from this company for 40 years. 5 years ago, I finally threw away a red canvas duffle bag that the zipper failed on after 3 decades of travel & abuse. There is no other company whose customer service & quality products have consistently impressed me.

  Great quality tote bags and basically everything else for the home. I have used and abused these bags and and they're in great shape.
  
  Note: they say not to wash the bag. It's true, the color will bleed. I guess dry clean if you must.
