  Lady said that she would help me was all gung ho to get me a new window for my screen door that cost me $200 called today a week later states that she can't help me what is she supposed to do about a window that I broke I asked her how did I break it had it for one month and when I lifted the window up to use the screen the metal part that holds the window in and brakes on it me. Then she States she would get back with me and had a whole room for the customers so she had to let me go. I will say Nancy did call back and apologized for the way she spoke on the phone to me. And did replace my window. Not for sure if she did it because she thought it right or if she read my review.

  I drove from Lansing to Wilson's today. Awesome and very helpful people . Highly recommend them for service, product and price!!

  I have been a customer for 12 years. I purchased all my vinyl windows from them. ( they went in with ease) my new doors too. They can get anything you need. and its quality product. she also stocks doors/ windows for homes too.( great prices) They are open on the weekends.
  Call first ( make sure she has your item in stock) Defiantly worth the drive up.

  i have been to wilsons more than once and i will say that the people there are very helpful and knowledgeable they treat you with respect and help you all they can i would recommend these people to anyone . there are a excellant company
