My experience:

Upon my delivery call,

I just ordered a Hawaiian pizza..the lady said they didnt have hawaiian pizzai then asked the difference in price between a large and medium pizza with 3 toppings and she was unable to come up with an answer I proceeded to ask for a ranch and how much that ranch would be and she stated "75 cents, mabe a dollar"i then order cheesy bread. I asked her if marinara came with the cheesy bread of which I would of course assume it does because im spending $11 dollars for bread with cheese on it and she stated it did noti then wanted to re-confirm her previous answer regarding the marinara and she was persistant that my expensive(relatively speaking) bread covered in cheese did not come with a tomato sauce on the side. I hesitantly asked if she was sure and she advised me that she was confidentThen she put the cherry on top stating it would be delivered in a hour and a half. For almost 30 bucks.breadcheese.a pinch of toppings30 bucks and 1 and a half hours.

I understood there may have been underlying factors and hoped for a good pizzaI received a pizza with sauce, very little cheese and a pinch of pineapple well dont let me under play it3 pieces had a piece of ham on it.

I work at rattle top in howard city i ordered chicken spirolls tonight it took 2 and a half hours for our food to get to us and mine came to cold and i still had to pay it this is the worst service i have ever had in my life ill never eat at ur restaurant again u dint even deserve the star u got from me for what i received

Ordered pizza for pick up and took an hour for them to tell me if was just put in the oven. Floors are dirty and employees are not apologetic for the wait. Not impressed and will not be going in again.

1: there was a sign posted that stated and i quote "fireworks. No smoking within 50 feet." i look not even three feet over and a WORKER is in her car smoking.
2: what she was smoking? Not a cigarette. She was smoking a joint. Marijuana. In her uniform. in her car. with the window rolled down.
3: i understand i came in 40 min before close but what i could see of the kitchen was just nasty. Couldn't even eat my food because i was grossed out. There were food remnants everywhere. The girls hair was down and loose all over.
4: i stated twice i wanted no onion on my pizza and the lady who took my order even repeated it back correctly yet there were onions on my pizza when i looked.

Needless to say. Extremely grossed out and will NEVER order from here again. Waste. Of. Money.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. Absolutely ridiculous wait time for pick up at this place. Was told 25 minutes arrived to get our items and had to wait another 25 minutes! They didn't even apologize! The food is good but the service is horrible. Rude and unapologetic for having to wait so long for the food isn't worth it.

Have lived in area for six months got pizza three times took two hours for delivery driver got lost pizza was cold still charged us full price very expensive pizza and shouldn't be. Picked up two times wait time was terrible people working there have no customer service skills. Like they just don't care. So we don't care back. We are done. Pierson gas station is better anyway.

This is quite possibly the worst pizza we've ever had. We've given it four chances in the year in a half we've lived here - though I don't know why, other than there is no where else around. It has been horrible every single time. We always throw it out. From poor quality ingredients and poor baking, to the way it is always delivered cold. I would not give it one star - except I have to. We will never order from BC again. I am mad at myself for even wasting my time and money ordering it after three strikes. At least its consistent.
