Local family owned business with great customer service! I called the day that my garage door spring broke and spoke with a friendly lady that took my info and sent it to the service dept. The next morning Chris call me and set an appointment with me between 10-12. He called me within the appointment window to say that he was on his way. He replaced the spring, lubed and adjusted my door, and made sure everything was working properly. The door works better than it ever has! I will hire Wilson Garage door when I get my detached garage built to install that door as well.

Wilson Garage has come thru for our family in a pinch several times over the years at our home. Their team is always professional, kind, and helps with all of your garage maintenance needs - whether it be a repair or new components. They are also always responsive to service calls and locating a technician & scheduling an appointment soon.

A special thanks to Chris Wilson who recently made a trip out in very cold temperatures on a last minute call and worked to get our door working late in the day when I couldn't even get it to shut. I plan on buying my next garage door opener from Wilson Garage!

This company is a scam. Don’t purchase from them, because the warranty will not be honored. I was waiting a month for the service to come to adjust the sensors and to check the wires in the brand new home.
Misleading and constant complaints that nobody wants to work. Problem is they pay people peanuts for warranty service work. They have a lot of installations in brand new subdivisions, so they get the money and then they bring shame to LifeMaster and Chamberlain Group.
Total lack of communication. Just greed. Low life prople. Low life company.
Avoid. Shop around. Planty of competition in the area.
