They rescheduled my daughter's follow-up appointment with Dr. Zwack 4 times!!! (She's 15 months old) They rushed to make sure she had the surgery then they drag their feet to see her and make sure everything is okay afterward. I was told she needed a follow-up after 3 weeks. By the time they finally get me in, it will have been four. They are terrible and their apologies are worthless! "Um, well, we don't know exactly when the doctor's are going to have surgeries. It changes constantly." Get that money but drop the ball on patient care.

Wilmington Health Internal Medicine in Porter's Neck is the worst doctors office I have ever been too! I used to go to their main office off 17th street and loved it! I moved out here and transferred to this location and have been nothing but disappointed! There are never any patients in the waiting room yet I sit and wait an average of 30-45 mins every visit! The ladies that work the front desk are the rudest and most unfriendly people I have ever come in contact with! I was really sick for over a month this past summer and spent over 100 dollars on copays coming back because they couldn't tell me what was wrong and wouldn't give me anything to treat the symptoms. I ended up going to their other location were I was immediately seen only to find out I basically had strep that wouldn't go away and was given meds to treat the symptoms which worked. During this whole miserable ordeal I also had blood work done 4 times and it took them over 2 weeks to get the results back to me or even return a phone call.. I ended up walking in there in person to get the results which they all of a sudden had. I just went in for my annual physical in which I told them I thought I was pregnant but all the tests have come back negative but I'm on mirena which is extremely dangerous to get pregnant on and can cause infertility so I wanted to be sure. Guess what my doctor said. "Cut back on caffeine and your breast tenderness will go away." She didn't even bother to administer a pregnancy test to be sure! I asked if I could get blood tests just to check everything to make sure nothing is wrong and she said I didn't need them! In the end, I don't even know why I continue to subject myself to this incompetence and outright repulsive health care!
