A few years ago, my personal doctor, Robert Johnson, Jr. moved from his Wilmington practice to here; W.H. at Brunswick Forest. There is a whole office of Primary Practitioners, as well as a blood lab, radiology, X-Rays, etc. Wilmington Health is developing "My Chart" which will make all aspects of the modern health procedures much, much easier. It's already good and will be an awesome tool for everyone involved.

Dr. Bodoky was wonderful- she is very knowledgeable and spent a long time with me as a new patient. The nurses were friendly and very helpful answering my questions. I am thankful to have found this office!

My toddler had new health insurance as of 2017 and her pediatrician (one block away from our home) was no longer in network. This office of Wilmington Health Pediatrics was in network. I figure hey, we'll give it a shot. It's a long drive but worth it to utilize in-network benefits. Boy, was I WRONG! Most of the office staff was friendly, some are definitely in the wrong field. Dr. Susan Brandt was patient and answered all of my questions. Once finished with shots (which were forcefully and traumitizingly administered by a nurse who had NO CLUE how to speak to children) we make our way to the rude lady at the check out counter. This rude lady then instructs me to get my 4 yr old to pee in a cup seriously?! I can barely get her to pee on demand in a toilet. As you can imagine my 4 yr old did not urinate in a cup. We leave. About a week later I receive a phone call from the office saying my daughter's lab results came back great. Naturally I inquire of what lab results they're referring to, seeing as how they had nothing to test. Whomever was on the other end of the line got angry and hung up on me. I called back, spoke directly to Dr Brandt, informed her that my daughter didn't pee in the cup and I want details as to what lab results have been wrongly labeled with my daughters info. She said she'll look into it and call me back. Needless to say I never heard a word; that is until 2 months later when I received A CERTIFIED LETTER stating they're dropping my daughter as a patient due to how I treated the staff. I treated those employees much better than they deserved and frankly I'm shocked that some of them even have jobs. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS OFFICE! Even prior to the letter I had already gone back to my out of network Dr, so that's no problem. I'll gladly pay more for great service. This office is despicable and needs to be shut down.

The receptionists are very arrogant and the doctors come and go probably for good reason. When they leave you have to completely start over with another doctor and pay more money which is what they want. Their too dumb and money hungry to just hand over the file of your history and continue on. Do yourself a favor and seek elsewhere..

Doctor's are great. But, don't ask questions to the nurses because you'll be belittled in a heartbeat.
