They’re decent looking apartments and I’m ready to move into mine.. But that’s the problem, I haven’t moved in yet. I gave them my deposit at the beginning of the month and here it is the 18th and I still have yet to sign my lease & get my keys. The office staff are very friendly, but I’m just trying to figure out why I’m not moved in my apartment yet? Maybe I should’ve came to Google & read these reviews before I gave them my money.

Horrible place to live. The staff is NOT friendly. Maintenace is NOT 24 hours. No one ever answers the phone. Managment is always chafing. Willow Creek is officially nightmare on Buena Vista Rd.

Thank God we moved!! The maintenance staff was always changing..no one wanted to do anything right. It took complaining for months on end to get things fixed and when it was, it was never done rightIt was a nasty place Filthy appliances! Staff in the office was also constantly changing and if was never for the better.. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Not a clean place at all. Carpets are filthy and there are always bags and roaches inside the apartment. The staff were nice before signing the lease, afterwards didn't seem like they care if you are a tenant or not. There is always need for maintenance and not always you get it. In general, the maintenance is done superficial. I'm still sleeping in a room with the ceiling coming apart, the carpet is still wet from the leakage, and no one will pay for my time cleaning and for the energy waisted on trying to dry the humid. I don't recommend Willow Creek appartments of Columbus Ga to anyone.

NO STARS FOR ANYTHING..
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE UNITS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE SPECIAL IS UNLESS THE SPECIAL IS FREE FOR 12 MONTHS……they have the worst units avail in Columbus. You would be better off renting from Turman. The apartments are outdated. My apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in the carpets were horrible. It took the staff 3 weeks to send someone to clean them. I had already cleaned them myself. The townhouse that I was given was infested with fleas from apparently the last tenant (I don’t have a pet). The kitchen has leaks which were never fixed. The bathroom also had leaks (this tied into the kitchen leaks). The light bill will equal to more than you rent if you don’t watch it. No one fixes anything. Black mold began to grown in my apartment along with the rain from the showing leaking. If that isn’t enough they find it hard to honor your work orders but will not hesitate to ask you for your rent money. 8 months have gone by and no one has fixed anything(except for their rude mouths asking for the rent) Willow Creek has turned into a joke. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE is worth contact because no one is interested in anything but your money OR trying to put these slum of apartments on your credit report. Roko reality doesn’t help could less about the activities that go on in the complex. Doesn’t matter if it is a break in or a pond of water in front of your home for 4 months. The only thing that is important to this development is” WHEN WILL YOU PAY YOUR RENT” they do not follow any laws and whereas the city is more than happy to come and inspect your home to “force” them to pretend to do work in your apartment the city is also WELL aware of the shenanigans of Willow Creek and Roko reality and they pretty much laugh poor management of the property. My advice.. Please review all the comments on this property. I see a few good one (which makes you wonder if they are truly real comments or ones planted by management) however the majority are negative and I must say all that I have read seem to be correct and dead on point to the horrors that I have experienced when dealing with Willow Creek. If you want to see an apartment.. Just view the uploaded pictures of how they expect you to live. I have politely broken my lease as they don’t follow anything they have written in it except the payment of the rent of course.. You will have better accommodations at the American Red Cross then you would find at Willow Creek.

The absolutely worst place to live.. If I could give this place no stars I would !!! My apartment was infested with fruit flies and I reported the problem and still they did nothing . My stove caught on fire it took them 8 months to come and fix it. My rent was $570 and I ended up paying almost $700 each month .. They false advertising water and cable on they're website which says its included in the rent .. Paid $8.00 every month with my rent for pest control and NO ONE COMES TO SPRAY .. These apartments need to be condemned because everyone that lives there has a problem with fruit flies or any kind of bugs . PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!

i enjoy willow creek apartments because its so cozy and i love the atmosphere. First of all the staff is very nice and considerant. I would not go any place else. If anything needs to get done, they will go and handle the situation quickly.I would prefer to make this my home for a long time.You just cant beat willow creek apartments.I would recommend these apartments to family and friends. Thank you willow creek and the wonderful staff.
