They don't mind charging you twice for work when they made the mistake of fixing the wrong tooth and lying to you and saying they will pull the tooth later for free after they fixed it by mistake.

Update: I received a email from one of the owners not long after I wrote the review basically calling me a liar and they never found my claim/experience to be true. That's a hell of a note when someone else tells you what your supposed to think about your prior experience with a provider.

Completely disappointed!! Never heard of a Orthodontist discharging you from his care because you answered a survey about your most recent visit. Do not take your time to visit Dr. Murry if your looking for Orthodontist care for your children. AND apparently WE are NO the FIRST family this was done to.

Extremely clean, comfortable and professional environment. I always feel like I'm the most important client of their day. I've had several different dental hygienists, and each performed care that exceeds standards. I've never had to cry, scream, or ask for pain reduction interventions (local anesthetic, etc.) Gentle hands, exceptional service!

We absolutely love Murry & Kuhn Dentistry and would highly recommend both the Powhatan or Midlothian office. Friendly staff, gentle, professional and skilled dentists and excellent hygienists. Keep up the good work!

Great experience. They do not rush you and treat you as if you are the only patient there at the moment. They take the time to fully explain your options and give you the best treatment. I now have my whole family going there.
