Zachary is the name of the sales associate who aided me in my purchase of my lunar silver 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback! It's clear that Zachary is an earnest, no pressure salesman with a passion for Hondas as well as a hunger to learn more in order to best help his customers. As soon as we made an old-fashioned shake on the deal the sales manager, Peter, the sales manager came over to congratulate me, too. I even had the privilege to communicate with Terry, the owner! When I approached to Zachary and Peter with a concern regarding the interior technology they bent over backwards to help me. Immediately. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. On the other side of town? It's worth the drive! No questions asked.
Update: We love our new Honda Pilot! It's a perfect vehicle for a growing family. We had a warranty question after a small ding on our back hatch. I called Josh Campbell and he immediately got us in and taken care of. They treat you like a person and not another number here. I'm glad we added the NanoCare Essential Protection because it had us covered thanks to Josh and his staff thoroughly investigating everything.
Talk to Josh Campbell first. If you go on the lot to look at cars, tell them you want to work with Josh Campbell.
We stopped in to compare the Honda Pilot to the Toyota Highlander on our way from northern Illinois on our way to the Wisconsin Dells. We informed Josh that today we would not be purchasing a vehicle just due to the circumstances and wanting to research before deciding. Josh was extremely helpful and fully knowledgeable on all of the model variations and technology between the different options available. Zero pressure to buy buy buy today. Instead of trying to get us to upgrade to the nicest model on the lot, his goal was simply to make sure we got the right vehicle with the right features within our budget. After we left, we continued to text and figure out the vehicle that might best suit our needs. A few days later, we stopped by on our way home and purchased a new vehicle with him. I was very impressed with his professionalism and non pushy sales. I would recommend him to family and friends any day of the week.
I went in for a front brake job for my 2012 Honda Fit. My Fit had 110,000 miles and was still on the original brakes! The service advisor that I worked with (Luis Roman). also recommended a couple of needed preventative services, and was able to apply some coupons to save me some money. The shuttle service was great. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda's service department.
I had been leasing a car through Wilde East Towne Honda and needed an oil change. While I was waiting for my oil change I decided to talk to a sales agent as my lease was ending in a few months. I was lucky to get Josh as a sales person. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to look into different cars and help me explore my options for a new car. By the end of my oil change I had decided that it was time to upgrade instead of buying out my lease. When my new CR-V arrived a couple days later, Josh was there to make sure that everything was transferred smoothly. I’m very happy with everything overall!
My first visit to Wilde East Towne Honda started out great and got better. Jeff, a very pleasant used car consultant, met my wife and I outside and as we were in the market for a new car, directed us to Kenn in new cars. Kenn was friendly, caring, and concerned that we got into the right car for us. He gave us our options, let us take a test drive, and then decide for ourselves which car we wanted. The color we wanted was not on their lot, so Kenn found the one we wanted and had it delivered so we could pick it up the very next day! Chris in the Finance department was a pleasure as well. The whole process was like dealing with a group of long-time friends. I will recommend WETH to any and everyone I see who is looking to purchase a vehicle. This is an excellent team and we had an excellent experience.
2009 Honda CR-V EX-L. Brake rotors, pads, and fluid; four new Cooper tires and an alignment; oil, transmission, and rear differential fluid change. Dropped car in at 10AM and was back in it by 3PM. Cheryl Romo, despite having quite the workload, was courteous and professional -- a pleasure to deal with. Richie, the shuttle driver, was safe and prompt and fun to converse with. I'll be reaching out to Cheryl again for my future Honda service needs. Dealerships can be a little pricier than third-party auto-repair shops, but the excellent customer care combined with Honda-certified work means it's worth every penny. Get your work done here and sleep soundly knowing the experts are handling it!
Because they treated me so well when I bought a used car from them in 2014, I called Wilde East Towne Honda when my daughter wanted to lease a new Civic, and we went back there when we were interested in the 2017 CR-V for my wife. When we arrived to look at CR-Vs, Kenn Ogunsola greeted us and he was extremely polite, unhurried and helpful. He explained the features and different models, took us out to test ride one while he explained and my wife tested out all the various features. We stopped at the back lot where he showed us cars in the various color options. Then he reviewed everything with us back at the dealership. When we were deciding between new or used he just provided objective information with no pressure to sway us one way or the other. He followed up promptly with information we requested after we left, and a week later we decided to buy a new CR-V EX-L in a specific color. Since they did not have it in stock he clearly explained the search process, then sent me a sample invoice in response to my request for complete cost info. When I asked about removing an accessory package and just buying the item I wanted, he and the parts Dept made that simple and saved us $400. When I called their finance department about the document processing fee I received a clear explanation from a patient finance person. I insist on providing top notch service in my job. Kenn and the staff at Wilde are exactly what I look for in people I hire. I even drive all the way across town for service since they are so reasonably priced and pleasant to work with. I don't write many online reviews, but I knew I had to for Kenn and Wilde. They have truly earned it.
We recently brought our car in for service and worked with Val. The service we received was exceptional. Val helped in several areas of service including doing some tire research. She immediately knew the issue with our car from the noise that we described to her. She helped to ensure that we were comfortable with all of the costs and gave detailed explanations to any questions we had. She was patient and thorough in all aspects of our visit. We will not hesitate to bring our vehicle back to Val with any future service needs.
Pretty disappointed with my experience here. When I originally bought my Accord here, I already had pre-approved financing from my credit union at a reasonable rate. When I moved forward with the purchase, a woman in the back office tried to encourage me to use Honda financing instead (at a much higher APR). She told me that lending from a larger financial institution would be better for my credit rating. I told her no thanks, but in retrospect realize it was predatory behavior on her part to try to get me to spend significantly more money with no value added to myself. Since then my vehicle has had numerous electrical issues that the service department has never adequately explained. They seem to want to do just enough work for my car to start and drive off their lot so they can dodge doing any service while the vehicle is under warranty. I had to get my brand new car jumped probably 15 times in the first 4 years I owned it, and the service department there regularly dismissed my concerns or otherwise conducted superficial investigations and concluded nothing was wrong. To be clear, I loved my car when I could get it to start. Once my warranty was up, they conveniently started finding issues that required repairs without being able to articulate how these issues were different from my car's previous inability to start. Frankly I can't wait until Tesla forces manufacturers to abandon the dealership model. My first car buying experience was not a positive one.
Josh was very patient with us while we were trying to figure out if we should buy new or buy my current lease that was up or lease new again. We kept going back and forth and Josh was there to guide us with the pros and cons. He also answered every question we had and was there at any time to be of help. He would always get right back to us if we left him a message. If we needed numbers changed or things added he was there to help and explain things. He is very easy going and great to talk to. He was willing to figure out how to get us a good deal with what we could do. Very good sense of humor and was a joy to talk to, and his knowledge of the car and items with it was amazing. Great salesmen. made the experience really easy. My husband wanted to know price numbers and car details with numbers so Josh consulted with Phil on it and what would be the best deal and both of these two are the "man". Great team, make you feel great buying from there.
If most of you are like me, it can be a pretty overwhelming experience to walk into a dealership to purchase a vehicle. While I was apprehensive at first, Chuck did such a great job in meeting and working with me, I soon felt at ease and for the first time, actually enjoyed the whole experience. There was no pressure, no push, just patience, conversation and answers to ALL of my questions. Extremely knowledgeable staff. They knew the history of the vehicle, the features, functions and even the defects. Before the paperwork was even signed, we knew we had made the right decision. It was late in the evening yet, Karen guided us through the process with a smile on the entire time. Maybe the best part of all was the followup. Several days after our purchase Shawn went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. It's that kind of customer service that can get lost in this day and age. Wilde East Towne Honda come extremely highly recommended from this consumer. While we love our new vehicle, we look forward to visiting them when it is time for our next
It was my first time ever going to a dealership to buy a car. I didn't really know what to expect. The help and service I got was top notch and they really made me feel like they were there for me. They even lowered the car price down so I could afford it and that was really awesome.
I had a wonderful experience at Wilde East Honda dealership a few weeks ago when purchasing my first car! I had leased cars in the past from Wilde Honda and decided it was time to purchase a car on my own. At 25 going into a dealership without your parents for the first time can be frightening, but right off the bat I received excellent service and plenty of details from Jerry. I felt I was provided a wide variety of options, all my questions were answered, and Jerry really helped me find the perfect fit. I not only love my new car, but now I pay less a month for a vehicle I will own versus what I was paying a month for my lease! I am so thrilled with my experience and will certainly be going back there to purchase future vehicles with Wilde East Towne Honda!
Had the pleasure to work with Leticia. Came in looking to upgrade my vehicle and she was very helpful and knowledge on all of the vehicles I asked about. Had three different cars pulled up for me to take out and test drive, very convienent. The no haggle pricing helps take the tension out of buying a vehicle, especially when it is over your expectations and under my budget. Would definitely recommend talking to her if you visit Wilde.
Wilde East Towne Honda truly "gets it" in terms of the hospitality and prompt service they offer. I was greeted upon entering by Mikel Lawson who make me his "center of attention" while my wife and I considered our purchase; yet he was not overbearing. He allowed us time to "ponder" our decision making but was able to give me answers immediately. He made the test runs easy - had the cars warmed - and did everything to allow us a mutual success story. I have a very minor service need and he is making that equally easy (which isn't always the case post-purchase). The Wilde Team is high on my list and I've purchased dozens of cars over the years (64 yo). While I live 70 mi. from Madison, and certainly can find a closer Honda Center I will go the extra distance to make Wilde my dealer of choice. Thanks Mikel & the entire Wilde Honda Team. Tabatha, the Finance coordinator was equally well prepared, gracious, and friendly.
