The first thing you notice on the ride, is the stunning design. The riders sit on both sides of a huge eagle as if you are on its’ wing. The ride is fast, but smooth and not sickening. The drops are amazing and there is storage for stuff so you don’t lose it. The employees are very nice and thoughtful.

This ride is the best I've ever seen and the best to ride on. Love the verse when you first enter the ride. They will lift us up on wings, like eagles. First coaster I ever ridden on that has a camera on the back of each coaster car that records your adventure on the ride. Awesome and fun! 😃😉🙄🤗

A very fun ride but not the most intense roller coaster in the park. The Tennessee Tornado is the best coaster in this park when Lightning Rod isn't open. (I haven't rode that one yet, it's almost never open) This ride is a great inverted coaster, one of the best inverts that I've rode, but I do like Patriot at WOF in Kansas City better.

I love the ride itself, but if you’re going in the Fall and want to ride this, go in the morning. Because apparently there’s some endangered wasps that build around the ride and they’re not allowed to remove them. Personally, i think it’s ridiculous that I would pay for $109 season pass and not get to ride something because of a bug, but I can’t do nothing about so if you want to ride this in the fall, go in the morning when they open.

Great ride my favorite ride there but I would recommend sitting in the back instead of the front because you feel more G Force

This is the best ride in the park and is super smooth BUT I started to have an inner meltdown when the ride came to an end and we were waiting for the other group to take off and the chest straps were crushing me so tightly I couldn't breathe. Whenever I would exhale and my abdomen contracted the chest vice would tighten down across my ribs and I couldn't inhale again that deeply. By the time they released it I had been trying to shallowly breathe really carefully for several minutes and was in full panic mode. They HAVE to get that fixed. But otherwise the ride itself is great.

By far my favorite ride at Dollywood. Even though it has loops and corkscrews it's smooth and gentle. The theming is perfect, creating the feeling of soaring through the Smoky Mountains on eagles wings.

Definitely smooth and mild, but how do you keep the restraint from tightening down and crushing your chest during the ride? One operator suggested keeping my arms folded and my hands in fists under the restraint to keep it from getting tighter but that didn't work. At the first three downhill sections, it kept tightening each time even though I tried to keep it pushed away from me. It should lock where I place it when I first get in and not keep tightening during the ride. By about halfway through, I can't expand my chest to breathe at all. I can only shallowly belly-breathe. I tried several times. If not for the restraints, I'd give it five stars. I am 5'2" and 123lbs, not very big.

More Mild than Wild in my opinion, but still fun nonetheless. What I like least is the restraints, which pretty much crush the life out of you.
