Love the atmosphere. It's all wolf oriented (duh given the name) but it feels so nice and cosy.
Our waitress was extremely helpful and nice. We didn't have to wait too long for either a table or the food. I ordered the lobster lasagna and my wife the pasta carbonara. It was terrific! We are usually sceptical about trying new food after the whole day riding but that was really good.

This is the best kept secret for food in northwestern Maine! The chef is superb and her fiddlehead soup is the boss!!!! We enjoyed everything we ate there and we tried a lot. Rooms are small and very basic but clean and overlook a stream which is nice.

Best food in western Maine. Eclectic menu matches the eclectic clientele. There is a refreshing mix of Canadian motorcycle tourists, Appalachian Trail hikers and locals. Nice selection of local beers on tap. You have to try the duck. Superb. Excellent food good beer; fun company and low prices. Don't miss this gem of the mountains.

I am one of the cooks at the White Wolf. We do our absolute best to get locialy sorced fresh seasional vegies and meats when available. Our menu welcome any taste or diet from gluten free and vegan to the hungry outdoors men and women comming off the AT or the hungry travler lookimg for a break from the long ride. Most all our meals are made from scrach, in house, in small batches to ensure you get the best we have to offer time and time again. out quality and portion sizes are unrivled in the area. A homie dining room and frendly staff make sure you feel welcomed and relaxed no matter "where your commin from" ;)

Arrived around 7 and was ignored. Eventually some one shouted to us that it was unlikely we would not be greeted before the 8pm closing time. Terrible service, worst place in town. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We needed a place to crash on our journey. I called them 8pm the night of and said we were arriving at 1am. The woman on the phone was friendly and accommodating, stated that no one would be able to check us in, so she made arrangements for us to pick up key in a specified location. We had to leave early next morning 8am, and no one was available in the office, so I called and left a message to say I left the key in the same location. The place was clean and fairly priced. I'd stay here again. The restaurant was closed, so cannot comment on the food there. We drove down the street to a diner that had good food.

Treated very poorly. Arrived at 650 on a Friday. Not terribly busy and seated my self per the instructions or wait staff. Table next to me ordered appetizers and meal. 15 minutes later a wait staff finally came over to take my drink order. Dewars on the rocks. Had to explain it to her right scotch in a glass with ice. Asked whether they had a piece of rare prime rib left before ordering. Told she'd hsve to check. 20 minutes later another wait staff came to take my order. Paid for my drink and left. 35 minutes wait time from this disorganized staff was more than I wanted. Went down the road to Falstaff General Store and got an amazing pizza. Terrible experience. I could understand if they were actually busy

We had a group of people and were immediately turned away with a "no, not happening". We were a group of 10 trying to stop for food before looking for moose, and received no help or recommendation of another place to go. We were expecting something much better based on the previous reviews and were supremely disappointed.

Typical northwestern Maine combination bar, restaurant and motel. Great food! Have the Wolf Burger. One of the best burgers I've ever had (I like big messy burgers) and the pricing is very reasonable.

Sweet little Inn in the middle of nowhere with a great restaurant attached to it. Rooms were clean and big enough. Stuff was a little on the older side but there was a TV as well as wifi. One can play pac man in the restaurant ;)
